Two latest generation sofa beds are located in the living room offering 2 Queen Size double beds with memory foam mattresses as well. It is therefore a real bed and not an extra bed.
A new fully equipped and 100% integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, juicer, citrus press, toaster, nespresso machine, kettle, etc.). A dining table and its 3 seater bench always in solid wood, surrounded by 3 walnut chairs.
You will also appreciate the various equipment: the quality of the kitchen, the latest Rowenta cordless vacuum cleaner, the powerful steam generator, the HIFI terminal (Blue tooth, jack, radio, CD), free wifi Internet, Box TV 120 channels , city gas heating easily controllable.
A baby foot is also available in one of the bedrooms.

You have access to all of the accommodation and this privately.
The access to the apartment is almost autonomous, you just need to call me when you are at the bottom of the building and I open the door of the building from a distance. Then a key box is located on the door of the apartment, which also allows a completely autonomous exit.
