Cozy and quaint Otsego Lake home, one mile from I-75, 0.02 miles from Iron Belle Trail and three booming bar/restaurants. Extra lot bordered by mature pine trees offers expansive side yard and privacy. Secluded beachfront with own sandy area, fire-pit, and dock for your watercraft! Enjoy the seclusion with plenty of area for families to make memories to last a lifetime!

House is fully furnished with linens, towels, soap products, and your paper towel and toilet paper needs. Full HE laundry with detergent supplied.
Lower level offers panoramic views of the lake with plenty of sunshine.
High speed Internet and large wall mounted smart TV.
Lower level has full bath and twin bunk bedroom.
Upper level you'll find a twin daybed and two more bedrooms with a double and queen bed, and yet another full bathroom.
Two wall AC units to provide cooling comfort for those hot summer days. Plenty of windows to enjoy lake breeze otherwise.
Heated attached garage is ideal for boaters and golfers to store gear, less than one mile from fuel and local power sports dealerships/rentals. Several golf courses within minutes!
Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, small appliances, coffee maker, and dishes. Counter/bar seating.
House sleeps 8 comfortably and can sleep up to 10 guests.

We have two kayaks ready for you to take out on the lake - please bring your own life vest.
Lakeside deck proves idyllic views and a perfect dining/entertainment area - picnic table seats 6-8 comfortably and other side of deck has sitting area with love seat, table, and chairs. Charcoal barbecue provided.
Set up yard game of your choice (corn hole provided)! Lots of area to run around and play. Share laughs and make those memories as you enjoy the summer nights around the fire-pit near the water.

This house welcomes you during all four seasons - lakefront amenities call to the lover of water and boating, while the unique position next to Trail 7 invites those winter snowmobilers! Trail 7 also known as the Iron Belle Trail provides miles of biking or walking!

Great views great location

Quick "spring break" getaway cut a day short for processing issues but the property is marvelous. Close to shopping, the UP, restaurants. Really enjoyed this brief respite. Clean rooms, secure parking and the side lot gives room for play. A property I hope to return to.

Great place! Beach access

Myself, wife, 15 year old and 5 year old had a great stay! House was clean and our boys loved the beach. John was very prompt in his replies and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

1st Family Cottage Trip

Would highly recommend staying at John & Jess’s piece of paradise. They went above & beyond making us feel comfortable. Beds comfortable, sandy beach, shallow water for little ones, lots of fun things to do in town. You won’t regret staying there.

Fabulous Lake House

We had a great time at the lake house. Renters supplied us with everything we needed. We had an 8 mo. old with us and they even had items for use with the baby. We loved the lake.

2 days away time with family for mothers 70th birthday

Great experience all in all! Otsego lake offers amazing beauty in the fall. With busy lives it was nice to take a few days with family even though the weather wasn’t the best as wind was 19mph on lake Saturday hosts were gracious enough to let us leave our cars in driveway late while we went for extended boat ride on Sunday, dock was more than accommodating for our tritoon , overall great experience

Our sweet family moved to Gaylord in 2014. We have two daughters, a newly six year old, and a four year old (baby) girl!
After spending the majority of their lives traveling to Gaylord on weekends, we decided to make the move north and raise our family here.

Trail 7 will soon transition to the Iron Belle Bike Trail in the off season, and fall is the perfect time to book your golfing weekend or girls winery visits!
