This free-standing, beach-themed, guest cottage boasts a private driveway, keyless entry , wifi, t.v., a well-appointed, efficiency kitchen for cozy meals at home, a brand-new tempurpedic, queen mattress for sound sleep after a day of fun
( plus a twin automatic, blow up mattress for company), beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a gas grill, hammock, iron,/ironing board, and your own washer and dryer. Sandy provided some bicycles for us to use. They were perfect for getting around the local area. Plenty of sidewalks and bike trails to use. Although I felt perfectly safe here, a small room safe would have been nice.

A slice of paradise!

This cottage is fantastic! It feels like you’re visiting family—fully stocked cupboards and amenities like coffee, cooking, and laundry supplies—it’s compact but filled with colorful beach decor and an awesome king bed. This visit with my two dogs (a puggle and a beagle) was my fourth year staying here! And the icing on the cake is your hostess/host Sandy and John. They are incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. Even though the cottage is across the breezeway from their house, it feels 100% private with your own driveway too. The location is ideal as you are close to the Cinquez dog park (huge!), the beach, and many shops and restaurants. You can find it all here in the Cozy Cottage!

I am a 'seasoned' teacher for Palm Beach Public Schools. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, raised in Pennsylvania, went to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., lived in Columbus, Ohio, I have now been a Florida resident in the Jupiter area for 30 years. My husband and I, married only 4 years, have 7 wonderful, grown children between us, and several grandchildren. We just moved to April Lane, renovated the guest house, and are anxious to share it.
Even though minimum stay is 2 nights, off-season might be able to accommodate a special request.
