The featured home in Marlwood Estates has a master bedroom with a king bed, guest room with a queen and another guest room with two twins. There is also an office off the Master bedroom with a futon and a private bath in the room. In addition, there is a separate Den.

Many Ways to Spend Your Time: If it's shopping you prefer, the Gardens Mall of palm Beach is less than 10 minutes away.. Anchor stores are Cloomindale's Saks and Nordstroms. Visit the Kravits Center of Performing arts or the new exciting City Place. Visit palm beach and drive past the mutimillion dollar seaside mansions.
DINING - Besides the many restaurants and bars within a 10 minute drive, you can also enjoy award winnng restaurants at the PGA resort.At PGA National Resort & Spa, some of the best courses don't require a golf club. Savor the finest certified Angus beef and the freshest seafood at the new Ironwood Grille , head to The Bear Trap Bar & Grill for burgers and beer. To linger longer in paradise, stop by the Waters of World Café after a morning of spa treatments. Overlooking our sparkling mineral water pools, it's the perfect spot for a refreshing outdoor luncheon, snack, or drink.

Trip of a lifetime!

This property was the icing on the cake of our memory filled event! Our son's team made is to the NCAA National tournament held at PGA so the location of the house was perfect and convenient to everything! It was like being at home! We didn't want to leave! Everything we needed was there for us. Best pool around! The owner's were the sweetest folks to work with! Lifetime memories were made! We will be back!

Good size home in nice neighborhood in PGA

Good size home in a nice neighborhood in PGA. The house is well provisioned and we liked being on a golf course but not in harm’s way of golfers. Owners are organized, professional and easy to deal with. House shows a little age and furnishings are somewhat out of date. We could not get the heater on the pool to work (although didn’t care about that enough to reach out for the owner), and the pool needs more frequent cleaning. Nice backyard with ample sun deck. Nice spacious garage.

This is our second trip down and the house, location and the owners are fantastic!! Everything that we needed was there and the house was in great shape. The neighbor is beautiful and safe. Great family time

The house definitely needs an update but the price is good for what you get. The house is big enough for a family and comes with all the items you will need for your stay. For me was great because it was like going back to the 80’s. The house is like a time machine but not all the members of the family were pleased. Personally my only complaint is the smell the house had and everyone else in my family complained about it. I’m not sure that is the smell of an old house or there is a plumbing leak somewhere that created the smell. I fixed it with air wick in every room. I’m giving 5 stars anyways because I liked the house with 80’s feeling and the price was excellent. If the house has a good upgrade the house should worst the double of the money and the location is great

Outstanding place and location

A group of adults shared this house to play in a baseball tournament and the location and property were perfect. Close to everything from great restaurants to baseball stadiums. Bruce was a wonderful owner to deal with. The house had everything you need, just relax and have fun. Plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of men and the heated pool was relaxing after a game. Looking forward to going back next year
