Nice old house (145 m² + dependencies) in the center of Nyons (all amenities nearby).
Our house is on 2 levels with:
Ground floor: a large living-dining room (possibility to eat 12 tablespoons) with open kitchen (storage space, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a back kitchen (gas stove and 2nd fridge, washing machine), lounge (sofa, TV), bedroom (bed 140) with shower room, separate wc.
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2 with 140 beds and one with 4 bunk beds), shower room, separate wc.
Walled garden (450 m²), terrace shaded arbor plant, outbuilding with barbecue, sunbathing ...

Lovely home in downtown Nyons

Wonderful home and garden! Walking distance to centre ville and perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Well equipped kitchen, hair dryer and iron. We loved it there. Would definitely return.

Wonderful stay in charming family home

We had a wonderful stay at this charming family home in Nyons. The house is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. One of the highlights was the lovely garden, offering both sunny and shaded areas — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. A real bonus was the pétanque court in the garden!The location is ideal, just a short walk from the heart of Nyons, a beautiful little town with plenty of charm. We especially enjoyed the lively Thursday market, full of local products and a great atmosphere.The region itself is stunning, with picturesque villages, vineyards, olive groves, and plenty to explore. Communication with the owner was very smooth and pleasant, and we felt warmly welcomed upon arrival.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in the Drôme Provençale!

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans cette magnifique maison, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous, la maison est soignée, spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire. Elle est très bien située au cœur de Nyons donc accès aisé et rapide en ville, le jardin est soigné également et bien agréable pour profiter de l'extérieur et d'une partie de pétanque. Donc pour nous très bonne adresse que l'on va garder et proposer, et merci à Julien pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und zentrumnah. Sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Bietet viel Raum, wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort ist. Auch der Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, schönen Pflanzen und einem eigenen Bouleplatz ist toll. Immer wieder gerne, wenn wir wieder mit der ganzen Familie nach Nyons reisen. Vielen lieben Dank

Hébergement magnifique

Nous avons passé un magnifique week-end familial et avons surtout profité de cette propriété : chaleureuse dans sa décoration, propre et confortable, de grands espaces , super bien équipée et un paradis de jardin - sous la tonnelle de glycine et arbres en fleurs, la terrasse, et le terrain de pétanque! La situation est idéale : en plein centre mais dans une rue calme. Propriétaires super attentifs et réactifs. Merci!

Une maison familiale et chaleureuse

Super séjours pour toute la familles : nous étions 9. Idéalement située, dans un quartier très calme et proche du centre ville. La maison a beaucoup de charme et elle est très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la grande pièce de vie et l'accès direct à la terrasse du jardin. Les chambres sont vastes et sans vis à vis. Nyons est une jolie ville, authentique et commerçante. Les ados ont apprécié pouvoir s'y déplacer en toute sécurité. A noter : nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée.
