Everything is new: We offer you accommodation with very good facilities, in a wonderful Provencal farmhouse at the foot of the pine woods, it is a quiet and peaceful place facing south with an unobstructed view of Vaison and its castle. You will also enjoy the infinity pool (13mx6m) with its garden planted with olive trees, fig trees, and a big terrace to relax while having a drink and listening the cicadas.
From the month of May 2013 you can enjoy a suitel
Tastefully decorated, the materials used such as wood, iron, stone gives a warm side.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, an independent toilet, a bedroom with a shower room and an adjoining toilet, upstairs there is a a shower room with toilets.

Détente au programme.. calme, seul le chant des cigales était au rdv… piscine qui permet de se détendre et de se rafraîchir du matin jusqu’au soir dans un gîte propre, décor et matériaux tellement beaux et de qualité. Atmosphère zen. Proximité des commodités avec Vaison la Romaine ! Merci Myriam pour ce séjour et votre réactivité

Superbe localisation

Le gite est magnifique et très bien entretenu par l'hôte qui est très consciencieuse. L'hôte habite sur place dans la maison accolée, et est donc souple sur les horaires d'arrivée/départ ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour, la piscine nous aura bien rafraichi après une cyclosportive dans la région !

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Um 17 Uhr war der Checkin. Das stand auch im Inserat und die Vermieterin hat es uns auch geschrieben. Bei über 7 Stunden Anfahrtszeit, 38 Grad und 5 Kindern war es allerdings ein wenig frustrierend um 15 vor zu erfahren, dass wir vor dem Eingangstor warten müssen. Das Haus und der Pool waren wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage war auch super. Vaison-la-Romaine ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und wirklich empfehlenswert. Ein weiteres Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Hier können wir der Vermieterin allerdings keinen Vorwurf machen, da es auch nicht angegeben war. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Cadre et villa magnifiques pour un séjour parfait

3j Magnifiques entre amis ds cette superbe villa, à tout point de vue : calme, décor, équipements, etc...! Seul tout petit bémol : adresse difficile à trouver par manque de signalisation du numéro dans le chemin correspondant à l'adresse, ce qui nous a valu qqs détours ds la campagne environnante avant de trouver la villa. Mais ce petit bémol a été très vite oublié au vu de la qualité de la prestation... On ne peut que vous recommander de partager à votre tout un moment dans cette villa.

Très belle maison

Magnifique piscine, le mas est bien situé, au calme, le descriptif manque de précision, pas de linge de toilette, nous nous attendions que la maison soit climatisé, la propriétaire impose pas mal de restrictions.

Enjoyed fantastic holidays !

Having passed marvellous holidays in 2013 in this Mas, we decided to go back this year. And how much we enjoyed our stay again ! Mrs Kiddi shows a great hospitality. The Mas is very cosy , plenty of space , nice garden, and on top the big swimming pool and the pool house. This all is 100% relaxing. There is so much to (re)discover in the region, that no one will get bored. Nature, sports, history, cultural activities... there are plenty of them. I rank the Mas and the region with 5* and recommend without hesitation.

Mooi vakantiehuis en prachtig gelegen

Het huis is mooi gelegen en heel rustig. Alles is aanwezig, heel goede bedden, groot en proper zwembad. Kortom onze vakantie was geslaagd! Dit huis is zeker een aanrader.

Très beau gîte au calme

Le gîte est grand, propre, bien équipé et vraiment splendide. La piscine et le pool house sont très agréables et la propriété est dans un environnement vraiment calme. Un vrai bonheur ! Myriam a été très agréable, disponible mais discrète, nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte !

Voilà la deuxième fois que nous louons cette maison. Rien à dire, maison impeccable, très fonctionnelle , même nombreux nous avons de l'espace. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de leurs locataires.

Très belle maison dans une jolie propriété.

Très belle maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable. Située idéalement dans un beau jardin avec une magnifique piscine et annexée à la maison des propriétaires. Accueil souriant et chaleureux des propriétaires très attentifs à la qualité de notre séjour tout en étant d'une discrétion absolue. Depuis trois ans nous y passons des vacances très agréables et espérons pouvoir encore y effectuer de nombreux séjours. À recommander sans hésitation.

Déçu

Un endroit très appréciable au premier regard. Cadre très agréable, MAIS attention ne proposé pas à quelques amis de venir voir ce lieu juste histoire d'une après midi ou d'une soirée car ils risques d'être surpris par des hommes de mains de la propriétaire qui se feront un plaisir de vous VIRER sans pudeurs à n'importe qu'elle heure du jour ou de la nuit alcoolisé ou non. ALORS PRUDENCE!!

Prachtige Villa

Het is werkelijk een prachtige villa. Alles keurig verzorgd, en met een werkelijk prachtig zwembad. Het gedeelte dat je huurt betreft een gedeelte van de villa, de eigenaren wonen in het andere deel. Daar heb je echter totaal geen last van. De inrichting is modern, en naar ons oordeel was er voldoende apparatuur en keukengerei aanwezig. Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen en een baby in de villa, en hadden ruimte genoeg. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, en 3 badkamers. Absoluut een aanrader!

Super villa

Super en zeer ruime, nette villa, rustig gelegen op groot terrein. Meer dan genoeg positieve punten, die ik dan ook niet verder ga benoemen. Belangrijker om te weten zijn de kleine minpuntjes: zwembad tikkeltje te koud en er is geen echte (dichte)terrasoverkapping, niet echt handig bij een regenbui of volle zon. Keukeninventaris aan de karige kant. Insectenhorren worden gemist op de slaapkamers. Incheck 1700 uur is aan de late kant. Maar goed, deze puntjes daar gelaten een super villa. Vriendelijke eigenaar die je eigenlijk gedurende verblijf niet ziet. Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en zeker aan te bevelen!!

Traumhaftes Anwesen mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Nach einer langen Anreise mussten wir trotz vorheriger Anfrage noch über die ohnehin schon späte Check-In-Zeit von 17 Uhr vor dem Anwesen warten, um dann eingelassen zu werden. Statt eines freundlichen Empfangs und einer Einweisung bzw. Bekanntmachung mit der Örtlichkeit, bekamen wir lediglich einen Schlüssel. Die Vermieterin ließ sich entschuldigen und kam ca. 1 1/2 h später, um uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen und unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Sämtliche Besonderheiten (Waschmaschine, Grill, Alarmanlage am Pool, Zweitschlüssel, Bettwäsche für ein Bett) mussten durch gezielte Nachfragen in Erfahrung gebracht werden. Das modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete aber etwas hellhörige Haus bietet alle Voraussetzungen für einen zauberhaften Urlaub. Allerdings fehlen dafür Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Menge, Töpfe mit passenden Deckeln, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, ausreichende Türdichtungen [bei Wind klappern diese], ein oder gern auch mehrere funktionierende Sonnenschirme, die auf den Fotos abgebildete Sitzgruppe am Pool, Handtücher, Handseifen usw.. Darüber waren wir enttäuscht, zumal wir bei Ankunft eine hohe Kaution von 1000€ hinterlegen mussten. Es sollte dann doch kein Problem sein, das Inventar vollständig und funktionstüchtig zu erhalten. Es gibt einen vollständigen Satz Espressotassen, aber keine Möglichkeit sich einen zuzubereiten, schade! Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus. Die Unterkunft für Gäste ist aber vom Haupthaus abgetrennt und man fühlt sich völlig ungestört. (Außer nachts, wenn neben den Schlafzimmern oben gefeiert oder geduscht wird.) Alles in allem liegt das tolle Anwesen wunderschön zwischen Wein und Olivenhängen und ist unweit der zauberhaft-urigen Stadt Vaison la Romaine. Von hier aus lassen sich Ausflüge in die umliegenden Weindörfer machen, die alle ebenfalls das Flair der Provence ausstrahlen. Wer es eher touristisch mag, kann auch den berühmten Mont Ventoux besteigen oder mit dem Rennrad befahren oder durch die einstige Papststadt Avignon bummeln. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten eine schöne und erlebnisreiche Woche in der Provence. Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde!
