Located in the rear of a building in the first row on the sea, in front of the pine forest, in the southern area of Alba Adriatica, also known as Villa Fiore. Recently renovated apartment ideal for up to 4 people, used for decades as a holiday home, has an entrance on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, divided from the sleeping area by a corridor which gives access to a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms overlook a small covered courtyard of about 8 square meters, facing south and equipped with a washbasin for clothes. Preferably small-sized pets are accepted, to be agreed before booking.
In the area there are shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, bike rental and laundromat, within 300 meters, as well as equipped beaches in the stretch of beach in front of the property, ideal for families and children, thanks to the presence of play areas. On request there is a tourist guide service for excursions in the mountains and in the places of interest in the hinterland. Contact the owner before booking.

Courtesy parking available in a private area at 500 meters.
