Bellissima casa grande e attrezzata, ma zanzare e camion

La casa è grandissima (solo la sala 80mq) e comoda anche x 2 famiglie. Bellissimo giardino sul retro estremamente curato e pulitissimo (che purtroppo si riempie di zanzare agguerrite dal pomeriggio!), davanti la casa dà su un piazzale con camion x l'attività di famiglia. La posizione è comoda, a 3 min di macchina dal mare con parcheggio comodissimo in giardino, e a pochi minuti dalle colline fresche x cenare o maneggi; attenzione che è sconsigliato raggiungere il mare in camminata (20 min max) o bici (5 min) perché bisogna attraversare una strada molto trafficata e successivamente sottopassaggio e strada con buche, senza ombra. I proprietari vivono al piano di sopra e sono persone piacevolissime, se avete bisogno vi aiuteranno in tutto.

Vacanza 2020

Casa grande e comoda con ampio giardino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la posizione. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane con la nostra grande famiglia e con amici. L’ambiente permette di gestire gli spazi individuali senza problemi. Unica piccola pecca il bagno solo ma organizzandosi è accettabile.

Buona la posizione rispetto al mare, ottima rispetto a tutto il resto. Spazi grandi e ben organizzati, giardino curatissimo, ottima disponibilità dei proprietari.

Nicht so schön wie im Inserat

Als wir das Objekt gefunden haben waren wir erst etwas schockiert wegen der etwas speziellen Lage. Hatten uns auf ein Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe gefreut. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern das kleinste 3 Jahre alt. Wir wollten das man bei Bedarf flexibel nach Hause gehen und kommen kann. Das Haus befindet sich jedoch nicht 200Meter vom Meer entfernt wie beschrieben, sondern 2km. Man muss also ins Auto steigen und erst die meist befahrenste Hauptstrasse überqueren, die 100Meter neben dem Haus durch geht. Direkt neben dem Haus steht eine grosse Lagerhalle mit LKW Parkplatz. Da werden früh am Morgen die Trucks oder Busse mit Arbeitsmaterial beladen. Wenn man also im vorderen Zimmer schläft dann wird man davon geweckt. Auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstrasse hat es riesige Öltanks, auf die man vom Haus aus direkte Sicht hat. Man hat also eher das Gefühl man sei in einem Industriegebiet als am Strand. Das Haus von aussen und der Garten sind ziemlich hübsch. Dieser kann man aber leider nicht wirklich nutzen, da der Hund der Hausbesitzer da täglich sein Revier neu markiert. Der Grillplatz ist sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Der Grill selbst ist absolut alt und verrostet. Der Pizzaofen hat gut ausgesehen, jedoch hat man keine Lust sich da aufzuhalten. Zudem kommt die grausame Moskitoplage die sich zu 100erten an dem Grillplatz gesammelt haben (wurden wohl von etwas angezogen). In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat man viel Platz. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer können weitere Betten aufgestellt werden. Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Möbel sowie die Pfannen in der Küche sind ziemlich mitgenommen. Der Ofen hatten wir aus hygienischen Gründen auch nicht gebraucht. Der Kühlschrank und Spühlmaschiene sind ständig ausgelaufen und die Waschmaschiene muss bei dem Deckel stark reingedrückt werden damit das Programm startet. Allerdings fand ich eine separate Waschküche für uns sehr sympathisch. Die Hausbesitzer die oben drin wohnen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da es im Online Inserat nicht klar ist ob Handtücher und Decken bereit stehen, hatten wir keine mitgenommen. Sie hat uns diese sofort und mehr wie ausreichend runter gebracht. Diese waren sehr frisch und sauber :-). Um 7 wird man allerdings auch im hinteren Schlafzimmer meistens geweckt, weil man draussen etwas machte. Unser Vorplatz wo der Hauseingang ist, wurde auch immer zum durchgehen benutzt. Hat uns nicht so gestört aber sollte man wissen.
