Bathroom with hydromassage shower, large porch (50sqm) outside with table. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, iron and ironing board, drying racks, TV, stereo, all dishes, no linens) with laundry use, unfenced garden (1,000 m2 with areas equipped for dining) and parking spaces. Well served area 2 minutes from the sea 10 minutes from San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), 5 minutes from Alba Adriatica.
The apartment is located in a quiet area with parking available. You can quickly reach the sea, shopping centers, cinemas and the city.
You have all the comforts and the opportunity to eat outside and enjoy the summer days and the family.
