About this property

Villa for rent on the heights of Bastia

Between sea and mountain, on the heights of Bastia, enjoying a panoramic view, our villa welcomes you in its green setting. A fully enclosed garden of 1500m2 where you will find the local flora composed of olive trees, arbutus trees and hundred-year-old heather. ..Children will enjoy a porch, swings, a badminton net while parents will indulge in lazing around on the deckchairs after a day exploring our Isle of Beauty.
The geographical location of our villa is ideal, because, located at the crossroads, it allows you to discover Cap Corse (to the north), the beaches 15 minutes (to the south), St Florent and the Agriates desert to the east , while avoiding Bastia which is 3kms to the west.
The house, fully air conditioned, is comfortable and functional. On the ground floor, the living room, the kitchen and a bedroom open onto a 40m2 terrace, a second bedroom, bathroom, wc, laundry room complete the package. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms, a bathroom with wc, and the mezzanine (wifi corner) with convertible sofa. We have the necessary to welcome a baby: bed, high chair, playpen and stroller.
We provide the linen and do the cleaning.
The rates are 1300 € / week in June
                               1400 € / week in July
                                1500 € / week in August
You can discover the charm of our city, the Old Port, the Citadel, the Market, the Romieux Garden, the Palace of the Governor,
that authentic side that you won't find elsewhere. Cap Corse, majestic and wild, the customs trails that will lead you to adorable little coves, the Agriates desert which brings you "U Paradisu" dream beach. Visit Balagne, Ile Rousse, Calvi etc ... Mountains, rivers, beaches ...
Good restaurants await you and the warm and authentic welcome of the Corsicans.

De super vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison etait suffisament spacieuse pour nous 8, très propre, bien agencée et nous y avons passé d'agreables soirées à diner sur la terrasse. Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Marie où rien ne manque. L'espace nous a permis d'y vivre à 9 pendant 2 semaines sans avoir le sentiment d'être nombreux. La vue de la terrasse est sublime ! L'endroit est parfait pour rayonner dans les différentes régions de Corse et les commerces sont très proches. Quant au contact avec la propriétaire et son fils qui nous a accueillis, il a été parfait : agréable et réactif... rien à redire ! Je conseille cette location les yeux fermés !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison à Bastia. Marie et son mari sont formidables, très bon accueil et beaucoup de conseils pour des lieux à visiter (grâce à eux nous avons pu découvrir de merveilleuses piscines naturelles, un vrai coin de paradis). Le logement est très spacieux, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire, la literie est très bonne, la vue de l’immense terrasse est magnifique. Et surtout, le logement était très très très propre! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Encore un grand merci à Marie et son mari. Les alsaciens

Les propriétaires sont absolument charmant et très accueillants. leur maison est vraiment agréable et très bien agencée surtout pour un grand groupe de plus l'emplacement est idéal à 10min du centre de Bastia, 10 min. de la première plage, accès facile à Saint Florent et au cap Corse Toute notre famille ressort enchanté de ce séjour
