This place really needs some maintenance

1) Based on the minimal address information provided, it can be difficult to have a good taxi-limo driver find the building. There should be advice provided that your car must go into the correct lower tunnel parking area. 2) Security personnel are present and helpful. 3) The studio has cracked windows and cracked balcony railings. 4) The bath mats need to be replaced as they are discolored and ruined. 5) The interior door hardware and trim need to be repaired and re-painted. 6) The cookware was dirty and needs replacement. 7) The pigeons love the outside balcony and it shows. 8) The neighborhood at night is not conducive to walking by yourself.

Appartement lumineux et agrable

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et paraît même encore plus grand que sur celles ci. La vue du balcon est dégagée et donne sur la marina et la mer toute proche. Il est tout neuf et très bien équipé (climatisation, machine à laver, wifi), rien ne manque ! Quelques petits détails de finitions gâchent un peu l'impression de qualité générale, mais rien de rhédibitoire. L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes à pied de la grande mosquée Hassan II. Le quartier manque cependant un peu de commerces car il est en pleine réhabilitation. La résidence est sécurisée 24h/24. La propriétaire est très disponible et donne toutes les informations par telephone ou Whatsapp. À louer sans hésiter !
