Does this place actually exist?
Booked this property on vrbo and thought I was set for my trip. Luckily I saw an email from the management team vacasca that the property was “not available at this time”. It was not a very obvious email and I easily could have missed it. Anyway vacasca had no record of the unit or my booking while vrbo did. I had to jump through many hoops and spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone getting my vrbo fees back.

We were very unhappy with the condo. We would not recommend it.
We had 2 rooms, one with living area, kitchen, pull out sofa, bathroom and loft. The other was a master bed and bath. NO AIR CONDITIONING! I would not have stayed there had I known there was none. The loft had room for 2 or 3 people to sleep. It had several free standing electric fans. IT SHOULD HAVE HAD A CEILING FAN LIKE THE OTHER ROOMS not that it would have made a big difference in the temp. The screen door to one of the patios was broken and laying on the floor of the patio. There was several pieces of furniture that was broken as well as the handles. Nearly all of the furniture looked like it had water damage, as well as the wall near the tub in the master. The signage to the parking and to the rooms was very poor, and confusing. There was paper lining the hall way which told us they were painting but the painting looked like it was finished. The elevator that was closest to us was unfinished and had a very unnerving start and stop. We could tell there were a lot of rooms and there had to be rooms that had been remodeled already, but we were in one that was not. There were not maps of the property and when we called with questions I got the impression the property managers were not on site/We spent a lot of money on the room and beleive me, we have spent less on much better accomadations in small towns in Southern Utah. We expected more from Park City and for the MONEY we spent.

Great Location
Not the newest place in Park City, but you can't beat the location! Several restaurants are a 1-2 minute walk. Hot tubs, pool, and skating rink are great!

location was great but a little tight for a family of 5
The location was perfect but the accommodations were a little tight for my family of five. I have a 19 year old, a 16 year old and an 11 year old. I imagine if all three of my kids would have been middle school age and younger it wouldn't have been so tight but sense my two oldest are adult size, the space was a little small for us.
