The Space:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect choice for families that want to experience mountain adventures at their fingertips.
After a fun-filled day of endless outdoor adventures, stretch out and relax in the family room that features a leather sofa with matching armchair seating. Cozy up with your loved ones as you turn on the indoor gas fireplace and feel the warmth permeate throughout the room. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, where you can whip up a scrumptious homemade meal for your group. For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted spa tub and shower combo. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared full-bathroom, around the corner, that features a jetted spa tub and shower combo.
For an even more relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub in the complex, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool is also available in the complex. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is located next to the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, the community pool, and shared hot tub in the complex.
You will also have access to 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage of the complex; a parking pass must be displayed at all times. There are limited additional parking spaces outside as well, but guests must confirm with HOA to receive additional parking passes.

This condo is a true ski-in/out with an incredible location in the heart of all the action at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 10-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple bus routes are available with the Silver King bus stop 0.2 miles away and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Quiet hours must be observed on the property nightly from 10pm to 8am. During these hours, tenants should refrain from activities that may cause excessive noise and interrupt the tranquility of other units.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
The shared pool complex closes seasonally from the end of ski season until approximately Memorial Day Weekend and from Labor Day Weekend until the beginning of ski season.
The pools and spa will be closed for the fall season beginning Monday, September 30th and will re-open Friday, November 22nd

Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well-equipped.
Great location away from crowds with a beautiful view outside every window.

Nice 2bd / 2ba condo with everything you need a short walk from the slopes. I'll get the negatives out of the way - it's not terribly big, the washer/dryer are small so make sure you do small loads, and the water pressure in the showers is so-so. But the beds are great, kitchen is well stocked, and it's a nice quiet location. Still close to the community hot tub which is nice.
This was our second time at Snowflower, first time in this unit. The location can't be beat - the lifts are right there. But it also manages to feel a bit removed from the hustle & bustle of the base area. Being on the corner, this unit has more windows than others in the complex - looking out at beautiful birch trees.
Being on the first floor and having a w/d in the kitchen were huge - especially with kids.

Our family stayed here for a ski weekend and the place was great. Very convenient walking distance to the lifts. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax.
The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms had plenty of blankets.
Recommendations: Please add some hot pads and a few more kitchen towels. There were only two towels and we had to use them as makeshift hot pads.
Besides that, everything else was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the unit for an extended family vacation/lacrosse tournament. It served as a great central location to many points of interest, including an amazing drone show on the 4th of July at the bottom of Park City Mtn (also the site of a great farmer's market). Very walkable location, but near by to mass transit as well. Unit was well stocked and clean, and the patio was lovely to enjoy the mountain air.
We did lots of hiking, fishing, mtn biking and rafting and the unit was always not too far away to make it back for dinner, and some family games.
Would definitely love to come back in the winter to enjoy the other half of the fun to be had in Park City.

Ideal location
We were 2 couples staying for 3 weeks for skiing. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. There was plenty of bed linen to suit all needs and the kitchen had everything visitors could need. We especially appreciated the humidifier to counteract the effects of heating and having a washer and dryer. The location was great: a quiet outlook but still ski in/ski out, close to Park City Mountain Resort facilities and buses to Main Street. It was also walking distance to the supermarket and Main Street. Having under cover parking, hot pool and ski locker were useful. Connie was very helpful and accommodating when it came time to check out.

This was a lovely condo and very conveniently located. Parking was easy. The heated pool was very enjoyable also. Unfortunately Park City Slopes closed early the day before we arrived. However, we were able to drive over to Brighton that had plenty of snow. Thanks for a great vacation!
Our family recently stayed at this condo and the location is outstanding. Easy access to the slopes. Inside was pretty nice and accurately described in the listing. Downside is the host isn’t affiliated with the condo complex so you can’t store your luggage if you arrive early or have a late flight. That was a pain since. We also weren’t able to check in until 4:00 after I called even though the original contract said 3:00.
First of all, I will say this property is in a great location. Easy in and out to the slopes, with minimal walking. Would have likely been easier if we had had more snow, but that's not the Condo's fault! Layout of Condo was perfect for our family and the heated pool/Jacuzzi was great! There were a few items that came up that affected my overall review and I am providing them below for informational purposes and potential improvement for the owner.
- Check in was a little clunky as I was given two different times and 3 different door codes.
- The heat in the master bedroom did not work and we were brought a portable heater, which worked, but was somewhat inconvenient.
- When in the master bedroom and the people up stairs ran water (I think) the pipes in the ceiling would creak and pop which kept me up several nights. This is something that definitely should be looked into.
- It would be nice to have a physical key to the sliding glass door, so that you could all leave from there and lock the door behind you without one person having to stay behind and walk around after locking the door.
Again, we enjoyed our stay and with a few minor improvements, would have been 5 stars!

Ski in/Ski out perfect location at base
My family and I had a great stay in this condo. Newly remodeled, comfortable, right-sized, nice kitchen with everything you need, out the back patio and onto the slopes... especially good for first-time skiers since it’s at the First Time lift. You can literally see the lift out your window. Hot tub was a huge hit with the kids after a long day of skiing. Hot tub is just steps away from front door. We loved the convenience and also the accessibility of the owner/manager. Connie was quick to solve a minor issue early, and replied to all texts immediately. She truly worked to ensure we had a great vacation... and we certainly did!

Right next to the slopes and very convenient to downtown Park City
We stayed at this condo during Spring Break (April) in 2018. Connie (homeowner) was easy to deal with from the very beginning of the booking process and made the whole booking process easy. The place itself is great. It is plenty big enough for a family of four, the location is fantastic and comes with the necessary kitchen and miscellaneous items you need. It is on the ground level of the building, which provides easy ingress and egress from the slopes that are 50 yards from your back porch. I would highly recommend this place for a ski vacation.

Great Ski Cabin
We've stayed in a few units at Snowflower, mainly because of it's ideal location right next to the 'First Time' lift in Park City. Layout, bedrooms, furniture, linens were all fantastic in this unit. Located very close to the pool, which was very nice! Parking and Elevator access was great, as was the ground floor patio. We kept our skis out there and our boots warm by the fire (as a note inside indicated was a good idea), and it was super easy to get ready to go out and ski! This unit is in the farthest building to the slopes, but it does face the mountain, although it takes a short hike to get to the lift. The Eagle lifts were closed when we went - I think that is a better option for this location.
The unit has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and the secondary bedroom has three separate beds - a full plus a set of bunk beds. It was perfect for my three teenagers. I had everything I needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Some of the VHS tapes looked compelling, but there was no VCR to watch them! Cable/Satellite and TV worked well, WiFi was decent - I could easily stream to my iPad. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Definitely recommend!

Just got back from our Park City ski vacation. While the ski conditions were not good no complaints about this apartment. The location is truly ski in-out. The property manager, Connie, provided great customer service by arranging for grocery delivery and making the check-in and out process seamless. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with direct access to slopes
The apartment is nicely furnished with tasteful artwork and quality fixtures. Valances on some of the windows would add to the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable beds would be more luxurious with duvets and whilst the bathrooms are mostly updated, walk-in showers would be a bonus.
Easy access to unit from parking garage. Large hot tub was great for easing ski legs. Private corner unit just moments away from the nearest lift.
Be advised that this unit is not managed by the on-site office and therefore there is no access to printers for business purposes/airline boarding passes, despite the offer of payment.
Also DO NOT venture onto Main Street without restaurant reservations. Arrive at High West Distillery by 5:00pm for evening dining.
Can recommend Purple Sage, 350 Main Street, Handle, and of course Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. We have dined at all of these several times.
We are annual visitors to Park City at this time of year and love its ski-ing, shopping, and dining. This apartment suited us just fine.

Close to the slopes, good service
We stayed at this condo for 3 days with our family of 3 kids + two adults + a nanny. It isn't a huge condo, but the space is laid out well. The caretakers were attentive to our needs - i.e. needing more soap or towels. The main appeal here is that you can ski out of the back sliding glass door if you'd like. It's basically 100 yards or so to the lifts (first time, eagle, 3 kings). We were happy with our stay!
