This bungalow home is comfortable and open, perfect for catching up with friends and family inside and out. The back patios are open and a BBQ is waiting for you too! Grab a book, a friend or a cup of coffee and head outside to relax...you might find the salt water hot tub is the best place to end a busy day!

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Welcome to Elderberry Cottage, where you are only 2 walkable blocks from downtown Bend! Classic bungalow charms abound... snuggle up in front of the fireplace, make it a movie night on the flatscreen TV, free wifi/cable, & salt water hot tub!

HEATING & COOLING
This spacious home has 2 powerful window A/C units to cool you off in the summer. Central heat and a wood burning fireplace in the living room will keep you warm on chilly nights at this cozy Bend Bungalow.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Elderberry Cottage sleeps 8 guests. Just be sure you are comfortable sharing the 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms (king, king, king). The 3rd king bed can be converted into 2 twin beds if you request that ahead of time. Please let us know your if you prefer twins and we can have them set up for you when you arrive! The home is best suited for 6 adults and a couple of kiddos on the sleeper in the living room. We provide fresh linens and pillows for the queen sleeper sofa bed. The Elderberry Cottage sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

If you have additional friends or family members coming to town with you, you might consider Vintage Awbrey just a 1/2 block away the same street! You'll have 2 super sweet homes so close to each other on the same street for your Bend visit.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a light filled, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. This kitchen has a sweet breakfast bar with seating, PLUS a formal dining table for the perfect gathering space! You'll love the open kitchen and living layout!

OUTDOOR SPACES & SALT WATER HOT TUB
Outside you'll find a private backyard equipped with a BBQ and supplied propane. Slip into the salt water hot tub for an evening wind down or a morning warm up! We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm. A patio table for 6 is provided to enjoy your summer meals and salt water hot tub on the patio. The garage is not available to guests at this time. ** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **

PARKING
You will have your own off street parking behind the home for 1-2 vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking in front of the home.

PET FRIENDLY
Elderberry is a pet-friendly home with an enclosed yard. Pet sheets are provided for furniture. If you plan to bring your sweet pup(s), kindly let us know prior and remember to pick up your piles! A pet fee applies to each reservation.

This home is nestled into a lovely residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
