Old Mill Magic is the perfect place to relax; nestled between the Old Mill and downtown Bend. An upstairs balcony allows for views of the Cascades and Bend's city lights. Central A/C will keep you cool in the summer. An enclosed courtyard patio in the back yard, provides the perfect area for entertainment with a private hot tub and gas BBQ.

Easy two block walk to the Old Mill District, close to Crux, The Box Factory and a stone's throw to downtown Bend. This clean, updated, tastefully decorated town home boasts two bedrooms + loft, two and half bathrooms and includes a two car garage with alley access. With a prime location, this home has easy access to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort - it's just a short drive down the road.

Cruise to the Old Mill District Shopping Center easily from this well located and popular vacation rental located in the heart of Bend, Oregon. Open and social floor plan with plenty of light throughout with contemporary decor.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

We could not have been happier with the property. Very clean, great hot tub, each bedroom had a private bathroom. Full kitchen, everything we could have asked for. The management kept in touch with texts...it was a pleasure!

New Year in Bend

The Old Mill Magic unit was perfect for our needs. We were close to the mountain, shopping, and our dog was ecstatic to go play in the snow! It was great to come off the mountain and relax in the hot tub. We were even able to make a full roast dinner with sides for New Year's Eve!

In town for a show

A friend and I stayed for a couple nights to go to a show at the Amphitheater. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for a simple walk to the show. It was really great to have a grill and a hot tub! Made a couple nights away feel like a full vacation! I would be happy to not only stay there again, but would also recommend to anyone heading to Bend!

Sweet stay!

This property was a great location in between downtown and old Mill; from bend but live in Seattle came and surprised my family and friends the hot tub and barbecue was a great plus only bummer was that there was no extra paper towels or napkins or any cleaning supplies to tidy up

Easy to get to, easy to walk to downtown. Quiet location. Nice hot tub. Comfortable beds, CLEAN! Several nice outdoor places to sit. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I could have is the front sidewalk has a few long low stairs surrounded by large shrubs (that shield the porch light) that are a challenge to see in the dark. This is an easy thing to fix. We loved the two private bed/bathroom suites!!

Great holiday rental

Nice condo near to downtown. The place was super clean (especially for allowing pets!) and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, but note there were NO condiments in the fridge. They did have coffee beans and a grinder, which was awesome. Layout of 2 master bedrooms upstairs was ideal for 2 couples. The hot tub was nice to come home to, although we had a hard time getting it up to temperature. Overall it was a nice holiday rental for us.

Had a problem with email and texting... was able to get a hold of the management and got into my home without a problem. Then had an issue with one of the remote controls and they sent someone to assist within ten minutes. Great customer service.

The house was clean, beds comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The house, itself was great! If you are looking for a house with a hot tub, this is not the place, unfortunately. Hot tub was extremely filthy, and doesn’t get past 94°. We could not soak and relax, which is the main reason we booked this place.

The place was nice but 500 feet away was a whole camp of homeless people’s tents . Not sure why the police wouldn’t do something about it with Bend being such a nice area. Be aware that the restaurants don’t allow dogs inside so be prepared to eat out in the cold if the outside seating is open. Bend is not very dog friendly.

Completely as advertised - conveniently located, clean, well-stocked... etc. Very quiet area with easy access to a walking trail to the Old Mill District. Check-in was super easy with exceptional communication before, during, and after our stay. Others have mentioned the upstairs carpet needs a cleaning and a good stretch but wasn't an issue for us. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Near old mill

Definitely a great location. Had everything we expected from a good host. House itself isn’t new or spectacular and shows signs of wear, but for the price I was very happy with how comfortable we were. I would stay here again if I found myself in bend. No need to pay twice as much with the quality you get here.

Walk to Old Mill District

We came to Bend for a concert at the Amphitheater. We ended up walking to the venue as it was about 15 minutes door to door. So convenient! The neighborhood was quiet - great spot to relax and get away from it all. We even had a deer in the front yard one morning!
