This was the perfect condo for 2 people. My husband and I enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony. I had reached out to Howard about this rental and in the meantime we had a death in the family. He reached back out to me before renting it to someone else. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk:)

Every thing was clean, the view was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the mattress and pillows, not very comfortable at all. Overall we had a great stay at the property.

Mattress comfort is often a personal preference, and we strive to select the type that will appeal to most or all of our guests. We haven't had any other complaints, and I'm sorry ours didn't work well for you. The mattress and pillows are both practically new - the mattress was replaced in November, and the pillows were replaced in March. Agein, I'm sorry they weren't a great fit for you. Great place just should have a little more of the basic stuff Dish soap laundry detergent. Trash bags , toilet paper and paper towels. For a one bedroom place a lot of stuff to buy just to keep clean . Other than that perfect place , great view and awesome beach access
