Everything was perfect! It's a busy fun beach. The room overlooking the beach was perfect! Being able to sit on the balcony listening to the sounds of the beach and the ocean was priceless. Just what we wanted. The only negative is that we didn't stay long enough. Will definitely be going back. . Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The weather was perfect! The view was even better. Even though we were there during Spring Break, the complex did not seem crowded at all and was fairly quiet. I was a little worried being right in front of the elevators, but it wasn’t a problem at all! And the fact that we could basically park outside our door was perfect! Thank you so much for having us!

Great Place

The place was good sized and in a great location, We stayed for Hangout Fest and the 10 min walk was worth the stay, thanks to the Burns! I would stay again.

Great condo

My family really enjoyed our stay! Great size, perfectly placed, and comfy beds (this is huge for me!). My husband asked to make this one of our comeback places. Will stay again.

Fantastic Vacation

This vacation was fantastic. The condo was beyond perfect. It was located in probably the best spot of the whole complex. Easy walk to beach and plenty of room at the pools. I cannot wait to go back and rent this unit again. Was given everything I needed to start my vacation off right from soap to trash bags. Couldnt have rented a better place.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. No issues with the room. Some concerns about being next to the elevators but they were not a problem at all. Loved the door key pad and 3rd floor parking. Easy loading/unloading from vehicle. Owners were easy to work with.

Hope to stay same place next summer!

Although the decor could use a few upgrades, the owner was great to communicate with, the condo was clean, and this unit was the best location of any we’ve stayed in here. We hope to rent again for 2025!

Great Place

Everything about it was great! Nice big with plenty of room. The only issue I seen is spare bedroom comfort set look really dingy and I actually had to use extra pillow cases on these

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was clean, well equipped, and has beautiful views. It stormed pretty decently one of the days we were there, and we got to see the storm clouds rolling in, and we saw some dolphins off in the distance. My wife and I traveled with 3 toddlers, and we all had a great time. We really liked that there are 2 pools, and 1 is perfect for younger children. We would definitely book again.

Extremely convenient

Close to many attractions for entire family. Anything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Pool and beach fun for family. Room was spacious and well suitable for everyone. Bed was not comfortable and suffered with back pain entire stay, but everything else was superb. Definitely recommend to anyone for a vacation spot.

Girls National tournament

The beach was beautiful and easy to access. There was plenty of room to play or relax in the pools right outside back door. We would stay hear again but might look for something cheaper. It was pretty costly.

Overall, unit and complex were fine. Unit and property were maintained fairly well. Kitchen, 2nd bedroom, standup showers, and toilets were "cozy," and difficult to maneuver in. Property goes a little overboard on security with codes, cheap wristbands, and security who are determined to bother everyone. Disappointed that the parking fee wasn't mentioned or covered in rental.Beach was well-maintained in front of property. However, a family reunion of close to 30 set up an encampment and took up a significant amount of space.

Wonderful

Perfect location, great parking, great unit everything you needed in the kitchen, beautiful huge balcony, great view of both pools, beach and ocean. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom or the den. Both rooms have spectacular views. Very comfortable beds. Just a great condo for the price! When I return to Gulf Shores, I plan to ask for unit 309. Part of the website says it’s just a one bathroom, but it is a two full bath. Once again, just a fantastic condo. Way exceeded our expectations

Not properly cleaned. Needs updated. Master bedroom mattress needs replaced. We had to clean the bathroom on arrival, after a long day of driving. The location was perfect, nice balcony. Pools were clean.

On the Beach

The property was very nice and located directly on the beach. The condo was fully stocked with anything you might need. It was clean except for left over hair on the sink. The property manager we contacted to get the code was rude…..the directions will tell you to text between 12 and 3 for the code. When I texted at 2:00, she replied that the condo was not ready and I would get the code at check-in at 3:00. I sent her a picture of the directions to assure her I wasn’t trying to get in early (we were still about 2 hours away). Don’t put that in the directions if it doesn’t apply!! Other than that, it was good.

Extra stuff

It would have been more convenient if there were a larger supply of staples ie: trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent. Maybe a set of beach towels, a wagon and some chairs to help us get back and forth to the beach. We had friends who stayed in other condos on the property with all these extras which made the stay more convenient. Also, there were no baking sheets in the kitchen. The master shower leaks. ALOT.

Thank you for your suggestions, as an owner for 23 years we have tried to provide beach chairs and still do, however, we have to rely on guest returning these after use to the closet where they found them. Unfortunately, this does not happen. There are extra baking sheets in the owners closet that had we known we would have happily sent someone over to get them out for you. We will definitely have the shower checked out!! s. This would have also been something we wouls want to know while guest are there as we can address ASAP. Thank you again! Tim

Some info for guests staying after us…

I never received the check in info from VRBO, so had to contact the owner by phone two days before our stay. Once I was able to speak with him, I received detailed information by email. The shower in the master bath does leak. The dryer takes a long time to dry, so plan accordingly. The cost for parking is $40, with a card only. My biggest letdown was that the pool feature drowns out the sound of the waves hitting the beach…it runs 24 hours a day.

It is frustrating as an owner to not be able to take care of issues while the guest is there. This guest was emailed and texted check-in information well before their stay and VRBO sends the same info 24 hours before arriving. The only way the shower leaks is if you leave the shower head pointed in the direction of the shower door and open door. These guests checked in on May 14th and never told us that there was a problem with the dryer. Now two weeks later we find out about the dryer when the review is posted. This problem would have been taken care of ASAP. There is now a new dryer in the condo, also if we had known about the water feature running constantly we could have called the association to check as we did. After I told them they discovered that the timer was malfunctioning and reset the timer correctly. Most of our guests do communicate with us but it is just frustrating to find out two weeks later past their stay and could have corrected both issues. She is correct about the parking pass.
