This bi-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, mud room, game room, screened in back porch and a clean nice yard. Throughout the house there are 4 Tv's with streaming stick so you can watch movies and programs thru apps like netflix, amazon, and cbs news
There is a mud room to sit and take off your shoes and coat before entering the house. In the living room there is a nice sitting area with 50” flat screen TV and DVD player with a collections of movies. The dining room has a table and chairs setting for 6-8. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishware, cookware and appliances such as a dishwasher, Keurig, coffee pot maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster oven. Off the kitchen is a short hallway with a half bathroom and the washer/dryer closet. At the end of the hallway is the game room which features a big comfy couch, flat screen tv, and lots of indoor and outside games like dart and badminton. The screened in back porch with a gas and charcoal . We also have tables and lounge chairs we put during summer months.
Upstairs has three big beautiful bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen tv and master bathroom with a Jacuzzi. There are 2 more bedrooms one contains queen size bed and the other has a full and a twin size bed. In this last room there is a flst screen tv, books, toys, games, a highchair and a portable crib to meet your little ones needs.
The yard is nice and clean. Great for entertaining or just relaxing after a great day.
This home is in a beautiful gated community which gives you full access to outdoor pools, playgrounds, a lake with beachfront, free canoeing, paddle boating, basketball courts, baseball field, tennis courts, mini golf and lots of events daily in the clubhouse within our gated community. All these amenities are a 3 minute drive from the house.
We are located a short drive to Kalahari Water Park, Mount Airy Casino, Premium shopping outlets, Camel back skiing, horsing back riding, fishing, hiking, apple picking, flea markets and so much more.

Beautiful location

We loved the spacious bedrooms. The spa tub was amazing! We enjoyed watching deer every morning. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she even made sure there was an AC unit downstairs for our stay. The only thing I would suggest is updating the screened in porch. The roof and screens are old and falling apart. But that didn’t ruin our stay. It was still an amazing vacation.

Not what I expected :(

With a 'gated' community you expect certain standards. Unfortunately, this community has none. About half of the properties are run done, yards are not maintained and many appeared abandoned. However, the property we stayed in was better maintained than many in the area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall. The A/C was only 2 window units in bedrooms (not the master). There were dirty towels left from the prior tenant. There was food left in a dirty refrigerator. Many of the lighting fixtures were unplugged, at first, we thought the bulbs were burnt out. Not sure why they were unplugged. There was some property damage that I immediately reported to the property owner as we did not want to be held responsible. The property owner informed me that she was already aware of those issues. At other rentals we have stayed, they usually provide garbage bags. We were told to bag the garbage in white garbage bags, however, only one garbage bag was provided. The property was not as clean as I expected it to be. It was a big let down from past experiences with rentals. On a positive note, the property owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries and she came across as friendly. She did apologize for the soiled towels being left on our arrival. The community was quiet and there were many deer roaming in the area. Many of the people in the area are not very friendly. I took the kids to the pool and there was an uncomfortable element present that I felt I could not leave my teen daughter there without staying. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this area as a good place for a family vacation. There were some fun things to do in the area that we enjoyed but we will not return to the area.

The bedroom and bathroom were so spacious, clean and nice It was unique. all the wood work the previous owner. I love this area. So much to do!!
