We offer a bright and open ground level legal two-bedroom suite in a quiet area inside a brand new modern house. Centrally-located, this suite gives you the feel of suburbia with easy access to all the amenities of city-life. You are only 4 minutes drive from Semiahmoo Mall, 6mins from Morgan Crossing shops, 5 mins from the beach. Easy highway access.

This is a GROUND FLOOR suite, bright with a beautiful view of the back garden. (NOT basement)

We sanitize the unit thoroughly and use UV light to disinfect the air. Your safety is our top priority!

Easy as can be!
Great location for White Rock and surrounding areas. Nice, clear instructions for getting into the property, and quick responses to any questions. No complaints at all - exactly what we needed!

Weekend at Janes!
We had a great stay in Janes space. Clean and lots of towels. Will definitely be back next time we come to visit the kids.

The propery is new and located in an ok part of town close to US border. Our trip started out ok and the owners, who leave at the same property, were helpful. But our bad experience started at check out. They blamed my teenage kids of breaking a dining room chair that they did not even sit on. My wife and I sat on it only once for breakfast and it seemed ok to us. The owner deducted from our deposit for a chair stating they found it broken after our stay so it was our fault. I recommend that renters inspect every item in the house carefully with the owner and video tape it or end up with a similar experience. Also note that check out time is 10 am and not the usual 11 am....if you do not want to be yelled at for being 5 minutes past 10. Should have listened to the experience of the prior reviewer and stayed away.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in White Rock
The property is as decribed and was a wonderful location for day trips to Vancouver and surrounding areas. A bit of advice, contact the property manager before arrival to make sure you were given the proper code for the door. We did not have the proper code and it sent off alarms in their house. Second, there was no convience items in the kitchen like coffee filters, sugar, salt or pepper. Overall, it was a comfortable and clean apartment and we would stay there again.

Hi! I'm a health care professional working at Peace Arch Hospital. I live here with my parents. We moved into this brand new house in 2018. We have a small toy poodle in the main house. He is hypoallergenic and does not go to the guest suite. We chose to come to this neighborhood because it is super quiet and within easy drive to everything. We have been in White Rock since 2014, originally from Toronto. We speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

What makes this property unique

We love this little community because there is no thoroughfare (i.e. we have close ended streets). There are two main entrances from major roads onto this street, from 156th to 18th Ave, or directly from 16th Ave. It's very convenient to come into this community but very little traffic. Great neighbors!
