MOLIETS PLAGE, pleasant single storey house, located 2 steps from all amenities. The beach, shops, market, entertainment, golf course... everything is within walking distance. Park your car and enjoy your holiday to the fullest!
Composition: Living room with sofa bed and television, dining area with fridge-freezer. Open equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC with washbasin. Very large veranda with dining table and chairs. Enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Capacity: 6 people. A contribution to charges of €35 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 100€).
