The open foyer leads the way to a cozy, living area offering a three-piece seating group, two lit Eiffel Tower lamps, and plenty of books to keep the reader in the group entertained; it is the perfect room for entertaining friends and family or for having some quiet time. The décor and ambiance in the kitchen will encourage you to tap into your inner chef skills and create gourmet delicacies for the entire family to try. A cozy breakfast nook is located in the kitchen with seating for 8, so while breakfast is being prepared, have the kids plan the day’s itinerary or deal a hand of cards to keep them entertained. There is also a formal dining room with a cherry oak finished table and eight sleek, plush matching chairs.

Gather the brood into the family room to cheer for their favorite sports team. With vaulted ceilings and decked out in soft browns, creams, and orange, the living room houses a sectional sofa, so the entire family can sit and cuddle, a comfy, wicker armchair, and a flat-screen television mounted above a DVD player and a built-in wall shelf, that houses movies. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** A sliding glass door provides access to the deck and outdoor dining area where another three-piece seating group along with a dining room table awaits for you to dine al fresco on a warm, summer night; this is also the ideal place to layout and stargaze in the galaxy.

The spacious master bedroom on the first floor is designed to be a tranquil escape from the world with its ornate furnishings, a king-size bed, two oversize armchairs, an ottoman, a flat-screen TV, access to the outdoor deck, and its own private bathroom with double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and even a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms on this floor house a queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds respectively. Both rooms have TVs and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms along with the second master bedroom. The second master is just as expansive as the first and also houses a king-size bed with a sink, that can be used as a wet bar, a TV, and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed, the sixth also has a queen-size bed, and the seventh has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own personal bathroom and a TV for entertainment. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week. Please contact Sunset Rentals to pay for additional passes.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
