Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. Please let us know in the comments how many passes are needed. If not, our guest ambassador will follow up with you after we receive your online booking.

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

Elevator: 29" Wide (gate opening) x 31" Deep (Our properties and elevators are not ADA compliant.)

Pool: 40' x14', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

The pool was nice and had tons of space. House was clean but I bit run down. A few kitchen drawers were falling apart. Location was awesome…very close to the beach! We arrived 1 hour early but was told we had to pay 100 an hour to get in early due to maintenance. We waited outside for an hour and there were no maintenance workers there.

This was the perfect house for extended family - Aunts, Uncles, cousins and significant others. Location was great. Proximity to beach perfect. Lots to do. Property manager very easy to deal with and quick to respond

Great property

This home was perfect for our large family group. The location 2nd row back provided protection from the wind on breezy cool days yet close enough that walking distance was short. It is also close to the beach path. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all of our needs. Having 2 large dining spaces provided seating for all of us. The 2 large living areas provided enough space for all to watch tv or play games.

Excellent location - just a short 50 yard walk to the beach access. The ability to easily go back and forth to the beach at any time was a huge plus for our group. The house is well set up with 6 bedrooms and easily sleeps 18. The first floor sitting room was ideal for the younger ones in our group, with a TV and refrigerator to hold their drinks. The living spaces on the second floor were huge with plenty of room with two dining tables and a huge living room. The large backyard pool was a huge hit. Also important to us was the use of two garage bays to store beach items and 14 bicycles. It's just a short bike ride to the pickleball courts and General Store.

The home is well-appointed - plenty of seating areas, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with lots of space so people aren't bumping into each other. Plenty of parking on the garage pad and the front driveway. A two car garage made storing your beach materials a breeze. The large pool was beautiful and a favorite destination.

Loved this house

The house is gorgeous--the pool is the biggest I have found on private property! We loved the stay--1 minute to the beach, and I could see the sunrise through the front window. We enjoyed the big tables for dinner and games. Almost all rooms have balconies, which everyone enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked. If you don't have kids, know that two rooms have sets of bunkbeds. I had an issue with checking in--my computer did not load the information on the site. But I believe this could be easily resolved--and once the manager knew there was an issue, she responded quickly. I would absolutely recommend this house--beautiful and a great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Security was great! No matter the time of day the security gate was manned by an agent. The location of the property was across the street from beach. Beach access was great. The property bones were fantastic! However, the devil is in the details. Black Mold on windows, dirty patio furniture, slow sink in one of the bathrooms along with a toilet that did not flush, taped up whole in hardwood floor of the family room that was covered by a rug, carpet stains on the carpet, pool with a faulty filter that was fixed.Property management did fix pool, bleach out mold. But it make you question if a walk-thru was done before we arrived.

Can not give this a higher rating!

This was amazing. We almost skipped over this spectacular place due to a very negative review. However, I gave the benefit of the doubt and am so glad I did. The management company was in touch frequently both in advance of the trip and during. They wanted to make sure everything was going well at all times. Provided us with a 24 hour number in case of anything after hours. We briefly lost power- due to island wise outage, and they responded immediately. That was only need we had to contact them. It really is 198 steps to beach. We counted! We had 9 adults and 6 teens and had tons of room and plenty of privacy. Each room had own en suite bathroom. Plus one powder room on each floor. The two living rooms gave great chances for adults only time and teens watching dumb movies time. We will definitely rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't rent from Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. The pool was unusable for 5-7 days to algae. It took daily calls to the management company to finally get the pool cleaned. Washing machine didn't work the entire time. The washing machine was broken the week prior as the linen service told us when they dropped of replacement towels. The house was not clean when we checked in, urine on the floor in 2 bathrooms, potato chip crumbs on one night stand. The floor in the kids bathroom is sagging and tile popping from a previous water leak. The rental company (vacation homes of hilton head) sucks. Refunded $400 on a $16,000 plus week for our "inconvenience" of spending $80 and 6 hours at the laundromat and not being able to use the pool. Lot's of options, rent from someone else.
