The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

We can't say enough about the pool,hot tub and backyard. They were all very clean and well maintained!!!. Jerry heated the pool to our specific temp and shut off the heat when we asked. The interior of the home was very nice and well maintained as well.

This was our second stay here and we love it. The house is well equipped, the backyard is wonderful, beautiful sunsets. Great communication with the property manager. Absolutely no complaints.

The home was comfortable, elegant and fun. We loved the very well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It felt as well outfitted as home which helped us have a great time! The property is incredible with a fantastic pool, hot tub and views. Plenty of space and amenities to have fun! Convenient location!

Perfect House for a family holiday

We really enjoyed our pre-Christmas week at this thoughtfully restored and appointed mid-mod home. The huge landscaped yard with pool fire putting green and and raised cabana were a wonderful plus. The manager was a good communicator. We would love to return again someday.

Exceptional stay

We stayed here for a week with our college-age kids. The house is well-appointed and maintained and the yard is fantastic! We spent 90% of our time in the vast yard at the numerous sitting areas or in the pool. Downtown PS is an easy 35-45 min walk. We will definitely stay here again!

Outstanding mid-century home in Palm Springs

Fantastic place for a vacation. Even better than advertised—photos are spot-on but don’t capture all the nice extras like pool toys, bar cart, comfy blankets, and closet full of kids games, toys, and books. Pool, mountain views, spacious yard, sitting areas, fire pit, and privacy put this over the top. Convenient to downtown but no reason to leave.

Impeccable Mid Mod in the Dessert

My husband an I enjoyed staying at this gorgeous spot in Palm Springs. Super convenient location if you want to stay near downtown, but still have a car. Kitchen and baths are beautifully updated and well-appointed and the hosts are welcoming. The pool and backyard is made for the heat. What more could you want in Palm Springs?

Wonderful 5 days!

The property is exactly as advertised - perfect space for a family of four. Pool and hot tub were well heated and nice to use throughout the day. House was wonderfully appointed with necessities - toiletries, basic pantry items, paper products, towels, etc. We enjoy cooking at home and was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of kitchen appliances, pots/pans, etc. Jerry the property manager was wonderful and responsive! Was able to accommodate entry a little early and check out a little late. Would definitely come back - kids had a great time.

Fun family oasis

We had a fantastic trip to palm springs and this rental was a big reason! We were able to enjoy the pool every day and evening. Our children had so much fun with the outdoor area and all of the toys provided in the house. We really appreciated the door alarms to the pool area. A short walk to a local park. The grounds were very well maintained and the saltwater pool was super clean. We had one issue with a coffe pot while we were there and a new one was brought to our rental within a couple hours. Very responsive management. Only complaint would be that i had reached out regarding the availability of a pack n play. I was told there was not one there so we packed and flew ours out with us. When we arrived, there was in-fact a pack n play there. The location is beautiful. Short drive to downtown. Would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Stay, Wonderful Property

There were a few nice surprises that were there but not in the listing at the time of my booking, such as a spa, raised firepit, nice upgrades around the yard in general. Well equiped kitchen, linens, paper products, soaps, etc. Just enjoy. Yhe only negative was yhe washing machine had a very bad odor as it didn't drain and the door was shut. We took care of it with the tub cleaning cycle, but housekeeping should be aware of that.

The best outdoor space

My family and I had a great time in the house for spring break. We chose this house specifically for the expansive outdoor space and views and we were very happy with our choice. There are so many seating areas (including shaded areas) and amenities outside that we spent as much of our time there as possible. The house is very well-located, with Palm Springs a short drive away. There is some noise from the street and of course planes overhead, but nothing that bothered us. The house itself is quite small for a 3-bedroom house and we could have used some pantry space for food. However, the house overall and the kitchen specifically had everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with a bathroom door self-locking one day, but the property manager was very responsive and quick to come and fix the problem. Communication overall was excellent.For the location, mountain views, and outdoor space, we would absolutely recommend this house.

Even better than the pictures!

We were first drawn to this property by the stunning outdoor photos—and the backyard was even better than advertised. Even though we visited Palm Springs in January, we spent most of the daylight hours (and a few evenings by the fire pit) outside. It was like having our own private resort in the backyard! The home is perfect for a family (we traveled with two kids ages 1 and 4 and the kid's nanny). The bunk bed room was filled with toys and games that were great for the youngsters. There's also an outdoor bin filled with toys for the pool, which was fun for kids and adults. Oh, and there's even a sandbox in the corner of the yard. The beds were all comfortable and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals at home (we did have to purchase our own spices due to Covid concerns, though). One day the blender broke and property manager was quick to deliver a brand new replacement. The location was great for our group. You can easily walk or drive to downtown Palm Springs. There's a park and playground about a block away. And most of the major sites in Palm Springs were a short 10-15 minute drive away. We did read some reviews saying the neighborhood was on the windy side of the city, but the wind was only an issue during one day of our two-week stay. The only thing we'd change is to make the pool just a little warmer. We chose to have the pool heated for an added fee. Most days it was refreshing, but it felt a little cool on certain days when the air temp dipped below 75. That didn't keep our 4-year-old out of the water, though. :-) Would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return again someday!

50th anniversary getaway

Well equipped home with large private backyard, plenty of shaded seating areas, nice pool all in a quiet centrally located neighborhood. Two thumbs up from us!

Fantastic Property

The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, so we were able to have meals at home throughout our stay. The entertainment center included a fantastic sound system and high quality TV. The property behind the home was mind blowing large with a decent size pool and multiple comfortable seating areas. We will definitely continue to book our stays with 365 Vacation Rentals.
