Recent wooden house, located in a large fenced garden, close to the ocean (Beaches of Saint Girons, Cap de l'Homy) and Lake Léon (15 minutes by car). Nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, many walking trails surround the property and allow you to discover the flora and fauna of the Landes in complete tranquility. All interior comfort, large shaded wooden terraces will allow you to enjoy the outdoors during the day or in the evening. Very quiet area. Five minutes from the village of LINXE with shops including a small Leclerc supermarket. Large choice of nearby activities.
House composed of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room with Italian shower in extension of one of the bedrooms, two toilets and a storeroom .

Belle maison au calme

Location en tout point conforme aux photos et aux descriptions faites sur l'annonce. Magnifique maison bien équipée à l'ombre d'une forêt de pins, à proximité des plages de Saint Girons et du Cap de l'Homy, jardin très beau et très spacieux et le plus important pour nous, ambiance calme et reposante. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Geweldig

Wat hebben we genoten van onze vakantie op deze locatie. Huis, tuin en voorzieningen zijn geweldig. Het huis staat in een grote tuin aan de rand van het bos. Wat een rust en stilte. De kinderen hebben zich vermaakt in de tuin, in het kleine zwembad en met de pingpong. De veranda is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven en zorgt voor schaduw en beschutting. Het huis is goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden en gemakken. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en het contact verliep heel goed. Al met al is het een heerlijke vakantie geweest die we hier graag nog eens overdoen.

Magnifique séjour dans les pins

Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons profité de la maison et de son jardin, très agréables pour un séjour dans la forêt au milieu des pins. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Très proche de la plage et de tous les commerces. Nous avons apprécié ce cadre idéal et magnifique, nous reviendrons !

Schönes Haus in Waldlage

Wir haben hier 14 Tagen im August mit zwei Teenagern verbracht. Das sehr private Ferienhaus liegt ruhig am Rande eines Waldes und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Zu den Stränden kommt man mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten (das Parken war dort auch im August kein Problem). Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Grillen, Tischtennis & Federball spielen. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Aufstellpool. Etwas unerwartet kam für uns, dass nach der Buchung noch ein Vertrag und bei Anreise ein mehrseitiges Inventar zu unterschreiben war. Letztlich hat aber alles gut geklappt :-) Danke an die Vermieterin für den freundlichen Empfang und die vielen Tomaten aus dem Garten, welche uns an 14 Tagen zuverlässig mit Vitaminen versorgt haben. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Probablement l'une de nos plus belles locations de vacances

L'emplacement au milieu des pins, à égal distance des places de La Lette Blanche (notre préférée), St Girons, Contis, étang de Léon, était parfait. La maison est neuve, agréablement décoré, totalement fonctionnel (c'est agréable d'arriver sans avoir à faire des courses pour une éponge ou des filtres à café); la literie est bonne et les pièces sont très bien agencées. On a adoré les terrasses tout le tour de la maison, le silence : c'est une maison dans laquelle on se sent bien. Merci pour ces vacances, votre accueil, la qualité du service.

Calme et nature au cœur de la forêt des Landes ...

Idéalement située à environ 15min du Lac ou des plages, on se retrouve au cœur des pins, en pleine nature. La maison est très moderne et très fonctionnelle, tout le confort est présent. La terrasse en bois qui fait le tour de la maison permet d’être à l’exterieur même en cas de mauvais temps et est très sympa le soir. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, nous reviendrons sûrement !

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger, entspannter Lage am Pinienwald

Auch wir (zwei Erw. und drei Kinder 4,9,11) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus wirklich genossen. Das Haus selbst ist neu und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Es war sehr sauber und alles ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt wunderschön ruhig am Pinienwald mit großem Grundstück ...mit viel Lavendel und zirpenden Grillen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist die Anbindung aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Man kann problemlos mit dem Fahrrad oder ganz schnell mit dem Auto (3min) zum Supermarkt (ein wirklich gut sortierter Leclerc), zur Tankstelle oder zum Bäcker nach Linxe. Ein schöner Strandzugang findet sich bei Cap de l‘Homy nach rund 15min Fahrt. Wenn man bereit ist sich etwas länger ins Auto zu setzten, ist man im Radius von einer guten Stunde (bis 1 1/2) sogar in San Sebastian, in den Pyrenäen oder Bordeaux... Ein großer Dank auch an Madame Mondon, die sich wirklich sehr um uns bemüht hat und stets ansprechbar war. Auch wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenn man eine ruhige, entspannte Zeit abseits des großen Trubels haben möchte.

Perfect tranquil hideaway

This is a new property set in spacious grounds in the middle of the pines, fully equipped with the latest version of every kitchen appliance and electrical device you could think of. 20 minutes by car to the nearest beach and 5 minutes in the car to the village of Linxe, with a Leclerc supermarket and excellent boulangerie. An excellent base for exploring the area by car or bike, or for long walks. Very quiet, very comfortable and the perfect place to stay if you love forest and tranquility and want a bit of luxury thrown in!

Villa en bois au calme

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa en bois à la lisière d’une foret de pin. La maison est de très bonne construction, les équipements sont de qualités et la décoration est particulièrement soignée. Nous n’avons manqués de rien. Nous recommandons la location et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous prévoyons des vacances dans la région.
