The villa located in a luxurious private domain, La Nartelle, in Sainte-Maxime (Provence-Alpes / Côte d'Azur) has just about everything to offer. The location is unique because of the beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The panorama gives you a feeling of peace and unique beauty.
The holiday home offers access to a lovely covered terrace.
A delightful place to enjoy a breakfast, barbecue, a nice glass or a nice book. Very spacious open terraces bring you to the beautiful private swimming pool (6x12 m - to 2.50 m deep - overflow).
There is a beautiful landscaped garden with lots of greenery. The atmosphere is extraordinary, here it is blissful to relax.
The interior is rural, cozy and homely with beautiful materials and fine workmanship. Thanks to the large rooms and the many windows, different rooms offer a spacious sea view. The bedroom on the mezzanine has a spacious balcony with an immense sea view. A dream for every holidaymaker.

Wundervoller Blick auf das Meer
Wir möchten uns mit dieser Bewertung nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus bedanken.Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen Personen angereist. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle in etwa die gleiche Größe, so das sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft und der Pool hat eine schöne Größe um zu schwimmen und sich abzukühlen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten genug Spielraum um sich rundum wohl zufühlen. Die Küche war komplett. Lediglich der Icemaker im Kühlschrank fehlte in der Beschreibung. Umso mehr haben wir uns über dieses Extra gefreut. Die Abwicklung des Geldtransfer und die Kommunikation funktionierte wie gewünscht und die Kaution hatten wir ein paar Tage nach Abreise auf der Kreditkarte gut geschrieben.

...wirklich “ une maison de reve“
Hallo,
wir haben eine wirklich sehr schöne Woche verbracht.
Die Übergabe und Abgabe des Hauses klappte reibungslos.
Dieses Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön,mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Es liegt oberhalb,in einem überwachtem,ruhigen Wohngebiet.
Es ist sehr groß,mit vielen Fenstern und Türen zum Öffnen ,von denen man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Umgebung und Meer hat.
Sowohl ein großer Esstisch innen,als auch auf der Terasse,laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein.
Für Küchenfreunde ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem Comfort und hochwertigem Inventar vorhanden.
Die 4 Schlafzimmer,3ebenerdig(3Stufen),sind mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet und in 3 Badezimmer und 1 separaten Toilette,fand sich Platz für alle.
Auf der Empore befindet sich ein großer Fernseher mit großzügigem,kuscheligem Sofabereich.
Die Außenbereich mit einer sehr großen Terasse ,ist mit viel Grün,
sehr gepflegt,angelegt.Bestechend schön,die lila blühende rankende(?) Pflanze am Haus.
Rückzugsorte für jeden vorhanden.
Der Poll ist ausreichend groß zum Schwimmen.
Der nächst größere Supermarkt zum Einkaufen,ist in Issambres,
ca.10 min entfernt ,mit dem Auto.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
