Experience lake life…stunning views on 100 feet of lake shore.

I also offer a great pontoon (seen in the pictures) for an additional fee during your stay. Inquire with me if you would like to include a pontoon rental for your vacation!

Our two story home is wonderful spot for your family to create lasting memories. A great family home for reunions with Grandparents, children and grandchildren, your group of friends or just your family. Complete with two kitchens in the upper level and lake level. In the summer enjoy all the lake activities, bonfires, walking paths, bird watching, boating and fishing. In the winter watch snowmobilers, ice fisherman and wildlife.

Our fully remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 1 is master suite with his/her sinks, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is everything you need to create a delicious meal including dishes, utensils and cookware. The kitchen, dining and living room are all one big space. The dining tables can accommodate up to 12.

Family vacation 2025

This was our 6th year at Eagle’s Nest for 2 weeks. We love coming back here with our family. Our grandkids love the lily pad and running on it and jumping off. While we were there we celebrated our grandkids birthdays and our anniversary.

Fun Family Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront home. It was a great location with all the amenities we could want. The home is very spacious with a large backyard lawn. The pontoon, paddle boards, and Lily Pad provide plenty of options for fun on the lake.

When became Empty Nester's we decided to move to a more serene setting. Spring Lake in Prior Lake was just a perfect location. Close to our sons and their families and everything a big city has to offer yet on the outskirts. My husband and I spent many hours remodeling until it was perfect. After his passing I have decided to share this beautiful setting with others. I grew up on an Iowa farm and believe in sharing what I have been blessed with. It gives me great joy to meet my guests, hear their stories of family /friend gatherings and reunions. Just enjoy a special time together away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with a beautiful relaxing view of the water. I look forward to hosting you and hearing your story.

Why they chose this property

The best thing about this property is location, location, location.
You can have a lake vacation yet only be a short 30 min. from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul and all a big city has to offer. When you enter the home you have sweeping views of the lake. It is set up great for entertaining... two outdoor patios, a large back yard for games and complete with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. For the sports minded I have 4 TV's so you don't miss the big play. There is a small boat garage filled with backyard games, paddle boards, Lilly pad, fire pit, fishing gear, sand pile for the little ones and much more.
My personal pontoon is available for an additional daily rate for those with boating experience.
I will only be a short distance away and available for any questions or needs you may have.
