The property is equipped for 15 people with all the expected comforts including a pool and a solarium, a park of 5000 M2, a playground for children, fields and trees on 13ha, its source. A unique location for this charming and exceptional.
You will have the company of llamas and all the wild animals (deer, rabbits, birds)
Combelle - Luxury House is, by its location and its setting, an ideal place for relaxation, discovery and healing for families and friends, but also for seminars for small groups.
On site you will enjoy the swimming pool, solarium, its views, a playground for children with swings and turnstile, table tennis, a park of 5000 m2 where majestic old trees will bring you serenity and freshness. Around the area you will find a 13-hectare park and a source in the valley.
A room for 80 people (800 € supplement) is available to celebrate birthdays, weddings or other events. If you wish, we can suggest a caterer or other partner providers to make your event a single day.
The estate consists of a ground floor and two floors.
Ground floor: entrance / kitchen, dining room / back kitchen / lounge / library office - break room / toilet / laundry / 3 terraces
1st floor: double bearing / 6 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / toilets
2nd floor: landing - sitting / 4 bedrooms, central landing / bathroom - toilet
