Cabin was cozy. Great view from back porch. Too many doors leading to outside if you come with small children. Bathrooms need some updating and love. Definitely need blinds or curtains in living spaces. NONE of the doors lock or lock easily. Some was even too difficult to open. BUT overall it was a nice time.

This cabin was great! The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone slept great. The area is so peaceful. There was plenty to do in the cabin for the kids and adults. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook with. Plenty of fridge and cabinet storage. Quick drive into Helen and Anna Ruby Falls. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear Lodge. Home was very clean. Beds were comfortable but could have used better pillows. There was plenty of space both inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool table. The ride wasn’t suited for a 3/4 ton truck due to some very narrow turns, but we made it work. Overall we would stay again when in the area.

An upgrade on quality pillows would make sleeping for everyone a perfect improvement in this almost perfect rental. The cabin was great and had everything we needed. From great mountain views, to a smoky smell and warmth inside and out. Our kids loved seeing the fox, squirrels, and armadillo, as well as got to see the tracks of a bear. Anything that went wrong the renter/host quickly resolved and made sure it was done so in a way to not interrupt our stay. We will 100% be back for another cool season break.
