In the heart of the historic district of Setubal, newly renovated and fully equipped apartment. Its location is ideal for a cultural, gastronomic, sporting, relaxing or lively stay as it is close to restaurants, bars, shops, historic monuments, entertainment, sea, park and fabulous market.
10 mins walk from the first beach, 15 mins walk from the ferry to Troia, 15 mins by car to the beaches of Arrabida.
During the summer period, a bus 300mn takes you to Figueirinha beach.
The apartment located on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Sehr sauber und ideale Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr sauber und eignet sich ausgezeichnet als Domizil für die Erkundung der Stadt und Umgebung. Nach unseren Ausflügen kamen wir sehr gerne zurück, um uns für das Abendessen in einem der umliegenden Restaurants bereit zu machen. Dass kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist, hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Trotz Hochsaison konnten wir immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden. Da weg von der Hauptstrasse, ist in der Nacht kein Strassenlärm zu hören und es war relativ ruhig. Die Übernahme und Abhabe der Wohnung hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Diese Wohnung können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Merci à Estelle et David pour leur accueil chaleureux accompagné de gourmandises locales. L'appartement est au 3ème et dernièr étage. Très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. La climatisation fut très appréciée en ces fortes chaleurs. Le couple a su être très réactif aux problatiques rencontrées. Merci pour tout :-))

Clean,comfortable and convenient

My family and I stayed 7 days and we enjoyed our time at the apartment and Setubal. The apartment was very clean, comfortable with modern amenities (air conditioning, washer/dryer, wifi, cable tv to mention just a few) and very conveniently located close to everything (shops, restaurants, cafes) by walking. Dave and Estelle were hospitable, friendly and generous hosts. They were very easy to deal with and we appreciated the wine, cheese, and pastries that were waiting for us when we arrived.
