Séjour correct

J’ai réservé cette maison pour ma famille qui a passé un séjour correct. Mais la maison manque de charme. Accueil peu chaleureux, gîte non aéré, oreillers dans housse plastique humides, pas de mitigeur sur la douche.

Nous avons fait au mieux pour vous accueillir...et nous avons repondu à toutes vos demandes avant et pendant le sejour et je regrette que cela ne vous ait pas convenu.Le gite avait été nettoyé avant votre arrivée le gite est un gite familial non classé et vous le saviez puisque nous avions pris le temps de vous recevoir quelques jours avant votre arrivee Effectivement par mesure d hygiène nous remettons toujours les oreillers dans des housses et jusqu à ce jour personne ne nous avait fait la remarque qu ils étaient humides... Par ailleurs nous aerons régulièrement le gite mais peut-être pas assez..... J aurai apprécié que vous veniez nous dire au revoir lors de votre départ...mais ce n est peut etre pas dans vos habitudes et je ne m en suis pas formalisée Nous avons retrouvé le gite propre à votre départ et je vous en remercie Mais la prochaine fois si le gite ne vous convient pas renoncez à votre demande plutôt que de laisser un commentaire déplaisant pour des personnes qui ne sont pas des professionnels et qui font au mieux
