Upstairs on 30 m² a bedroom area including a 140x190 cm bed new memory foam mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, very large storage spaces. Shower 80x80 cm, toilet area with a sink on a marble top surmounted by a large mirror, washing machine (detergent offered).

Facilities: baby cot, television, free Wi-Fi connection, bathroom linen, sheets, tourist documentation.

The whole apartment undergoes major work (10 months) insulation, electricity, plumbing, enlargement of the living area, windows and PVC double glazed door.

Excellent séjour à Laval

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Laval, en famille. Le logement, proche du centre ville est situé dans un quartier calme, dans une rue où le stationnement ne pose aucun problème. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants.

Super host, great location.

Apartment is in a very quiet and relaxing location, but just a short walk to Laval centre. Well equipped and clean, it was a perfect place to stop while we were at the LeMans MotoGP. Secure parking for our motorcycle was a huge bonus.

Lovely stay in Laval.
