The gîte is situated in the very heart of the village of Louverné, directly in front of the church, which gives it charm and authenticity. A parking space is available right in front of the gîte.
Nearby: Laval, just 7 km away, with its shops, heritage sites, restaurants, and lively streets; and the Changé Golf Course, approximately 6 km away, for those who enjoy golf or a sporty walk. All local shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, etc.) are within walking distance.
