Our chalet where you will stay offers you all the comfort with its 70 m² (covered and closed terrace with front and side opening) near the marina and view of the La Vilaine river, in a dead end. The chalet is brand new, very well equipped (kitchen, dishes, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner) and functional.
A reading of the electricity and water meters will be made on arrival and departure. Any excess EDF (above 70Kw) water (above 3m3) will be payable upon departure.
End of stay cleaning (optional): 50 €
This chalet is located in Morbihan Sud at the Barrage d'Arzal. Free parking on site.
Pets not allowed and no smoking inside.

Belle découverte.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Le chalet ainsi que les espaces extérieurs sont très bien agencés et aménagés avec goût. La table et le salon de jardin permettent de profiter pleinement de la vue sur la Vilaine. Position centrale pour se rendre à Guerande, la Roche Bernard, Vannes, le Golf du Morbihan, les plages… sans oublier de déguster les moules de Penestin et assister au spectacle de l’éclusage tout proche !

Environnement calme et tranquille. Chalet très bien aménagé, moderne, bien décoré, bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, micro-ondes, matériel de repassage, lave-vaisselle). Nous avons bien bien profité de la terrasse avec cette vue imprenable sur la Vilaine. Plages, commerces à proximité, balades sur La Vilaine. Séjour très agréable.

Wir haben 3 angenehme Wochen in diesem neuen Holzhaus mit Blick auf die Vilaine verlebt. Sehr schön war es, neben einer großen überdachten Terasse auch eine sonnige Terasse vor einem der 3 Schlafzimmer zu haben. Hell und lichtdurchflutet, eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, sehr nette Vermieter
