An oak parquet flooring the living room and the two bedrooms (one with a 2x90 electric bed the other with 1 160 bed, both are equipped with flat screens). There is also 1 sofa bed 140 in the living room.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower for 2 people with LEDs and a large sink.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen communicates with the living room through a large solid oak worktop.
It is a recently renovated house, on one level, with independent access.
you will have private access to a parking lot, to the whole house, to a covered terrace with a grilling point with vine shoots. at the heated swimming pool and in the garden where there is a caravan for children.
Bikes are also available for walks in the area.
