About this property

La Coquille en Périgord Noir - 4 bedroom gite with terrace and pool

It is the ideal place for one or more families wishing to spend holidays together, while occupying independent accommodation.

On the ground floor:
The cottage La Coquille has a spacious kitchen / living room (with dishwasher, electric stove, oven and microwave), WC as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs:
Three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate WC + hand basin.
There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The swimming pool is to be shared with the 3 other gîtes.

The gites are quietly located in the countryside but in the immediate vicinity of the village of Siorac-en-Périgord. It is located not far from the magnificent Château de Beynac and the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda, whose reputation is well established.
For your relaxation, the property offers a tree-lined garden as well as numerous walks in the neighboring forests.
We hope to have the pleasure of making you discover our beautiful region very soon!

9-hole and 18-hole golf course 2 km away, Dordogne beach 2 km away.
Wifi-internet available in the cottage.

For household linen:
We can provide you with sheets and towels. This service must be requested in advance and paid directly on site, at a rate of € 15 per occupied room.
You can also bring your own laundry if you wish.

For end of stay cleaning:
If you don't want to bother cleaning up at the end of your stay, we can do it for you!

Séjour agréable

Le propriétaire et son fils sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Il se trouve que nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans le gîte prévu (réparations nécessaires) mais nous avions bien été prévenus à l'avance et nous avons séjourné dans le gîte mitoyen. Petit bémol, les températures extérieures étant proches de zéro, notre première soirée a été très froide, et ce, malgré le poêle allumé, juste avant notre arrivée. Les chauffages électriques d'appoint ont cependant permis de bien réchauffer les chambres avant le coucher. Merci pour la belle quantité de bois à disposition pour alimenter le poêle. Environnement très calme et situé dans une magnifique région. Nous conseillons le marché de St Cyprien le dimanche matin, où nous avons pu nous procurer d'excellents produits. de plus, nous remercions Michel pour toutes les petites attentions (plateau de fromages et boissons).

Excellent séjour

Un propriétaire super accueillant avec beaucoup d’attentions. Nous avons passé un week-end de trois jours super agréable. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour ses attentions, le pain et le vin de pêche étaient sublimes. Je recommande tout particulièrement cette location typique de la région.
