This room was spacious and comfortable with easy transportation access and a great restaurant right across the street along with many others within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable and I would definitely come again.
The location was perfect for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The comfort of home and beautiful views of Paris including the Eiffel Tower.
A perfect spot to explore Paris! The balcony/patio was incredible, and a view of the Eiffel Tower didn’t hurt. Samantha was courteous and welcoming. The apartment is a great location, right next to the Metro. We are very thankful to have been able to stay here.
Great location for a small but well equipped apartment in the Hausmann District.
The flat was spotlessly clean and although on the 8th floor, the lift made it easy to access with large suitcases. The amenities were excellent, and it was wonderful to be able to sit out on the terrace to cool off after the heat of the day. The proximity to a main metro station made it easy to get around Paris. Our host was very accommodating for our early arrival from the other side of the world.
The apartment was as described...maybe even better. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially after the PSG victory celebration. We watched as the city went wild and almost watched someone get run over in the street and a motorcyclist was mobbed, the bike tipped over, the people helped him up and he drove away happy. The place was centrally located and clean.
Stayed 4 nights in this very comfortable apt. Located very close to metro and bus lines, but also walking distance from many attractions. The apartment has all amenities including washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well equipped. Terrace is a real bonus in nice weather. Samantha is a very responsive and helpful host.
We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful studio located a few steps from the Paris Opéra (Palais Garnier), Galeries Lafayette and a very practical métro station only half a block away (Saint-Lazare, connecting to various subway and suburban train lines). The space is super confortable, with an excellent bed and a nice bathroom, a very functional and fully equipped small kitchen, free wi-fi, washer & dryer, and a lovely, ample terrace. Our kind host was quite helpful before our arrival, the check-in process was smooth and she was always extremely responsive during our stay. We felt it was a great choice – we recommend it 100%!
This property is exactly as described and is in a perfect location for exploring Paris by foot, metro or RER. While the flat is relatively small, it's well appointed (comfortable bed, nice shower), and the outdoor patio offers lots of sunlight, extra space to enjoy your mornings or evenings, and a view of the Eiffel Tower. Samantha was a delightful host and was an excellent communicator. We had a wonderful time, and the flat certainly enhanced our experience! It's perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking for a comfortable, safe, convenient place to call home while they're taking on the major sites of Paris.
I really don’t know where to start with this review other than to say it was perfect. We were very warmly welcomed on our first day and given a nice tour of the amenities. The balcony provided a great view of the area and the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was a great home as we discovered the city. Bakeries, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance and a subway stop was literally within meters of the entrance. If driving a number of parking garages are within a 5 minute walk.
When we planned our trip and booked this apartment we were hoping for a quaint place to call home and it certainly delivered while giving us all the amenities we could need. I would certainly recommend the Studio with large terrace for any stay.
The couch and bed are both quite low so if you have bad knees like me they are a bit hard to get up from. Like most Paris apartments, it isn’t air conditioned. It was 85F the first week we were there so we stayed out until it cooled off and then it was comfortable with the terrace doors open. The elevator didn’t work from Thursday-Monday making it an 8th floor walk up. That probably doesn’t happen often. We were just unlucky.
Sam and her mom were sweet and kind. We had a little confusion with which building to go into, but it was entirely on us, in all the chaos of arriving in a new country, we went for the wrong one. Sam’s mom was ready to come find us when we figured it out. They had already planned to meet us and show us around. It really couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for accessibility to the Arc, Eiffel, Louvre and everything in between. We ended up walking most of it.
Also, the pictures in the ad don’t do the view of the Eiffel Tower justice. It looks so much bigger and closer in real life. We sat out each night watching the lights come on.
