60m2 very sunny penthouse + 20m2 terrace (with sea view, chill-out and shower).
The apartment is the perfect place for a couple or up to 4 persons, for a weekend or long holidays.
It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but 5 min walking distance from the city center, all the bars and restaurants area, and 5 min walking distance from the closest beach.
The apartment has all the facilities, queen-size bed in a bedroom with ceiling fan, 1 very large sleeping sofa (where 2 can sleep) in another room with TV, and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, hairdryer, iron, towels, sheets, beach towels and beach umbrella are as well avalaible in the apartment.
House Rules: No loud noise after 11pm!

Check-out time until:12 pm
The bus stop to and from the airport is around the corner.

Bien placé (quartier calme, on n’entend pas le train tout proche; moins de 10 min à pieds de la plage et du centre touristique, et moins de 15 min de la gare). Super bien équipé (beaucoup de vaisselle, un lave vaisselle; machine nespresso, des condiments et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, etc.). Joliment décoré. Terrasse avec petite vue mer très très appréciable. Pas testé la 2e douche; la 1ere agréable. Lit de la chambre principale très confortable; canapé lit de la chambre-salon tout ok (testé que pour une personne). Noter les 3 étages sans ascenseur, pas un problème pour nous.. Bruno très réactif pour répondre aux questions et demander si tout se passe bien. Bref, on a vraiment beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et le recommandons!

Magnifique
2ème séjour dans ce superbe appartement, super cosy. Une terrasse magnifique avec un coin chillout idéal pour se prélasser au soleil. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût. Literie très confortable. Bruno est un hôte d'exception, chaleureux, très sympathique et de bons conseils (bar/resto). J'ai hâte d'y revenir! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus :)

El alojamiento está bien, muy agradable. Pero la vista al mar se puede discutir. Estamos a 10 minutos de la playa. Los 3 pisos son sin acensor, hay que decirlo si hay personas de edad. Y sobretodo los 2 cuartos de baño son incompletos y la segunda habitación no tiene intimidad. La cocina está muy bien equipada y la terraza es muy agradable. La decoración del piso muy design.

Very nice apartment
Very nice apartment, perfect for three people. It was clean, had all the equipment we needed and the location was good (very close to bus stop). We really enjoyed the terrace, both in the monrning and afternoon. The owner Bruno was very helpful and trustworthy.

On se sent bien dans ce charmant appartement décoré avec goût. La terrasse est superbe avec vue sur la mer. Tous les produits de base sont là. Jolie attention à l'accueil. Bruno est aux petits soins. L'appartement est situé au calme à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare et de la mer. Merci Bruno

Un séjour parfait, idéal!
La localisation de l'appartement est idéal, car très près du centre, de la gare, des plages, mais également très calme, aucune nuisance sonore.
L'accueil rapide et efficace.
Propreté impeccable.
Le confort est à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend, magnifique terrasse, cuisine plus qu'équipée, il ne manque rien, et le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour est généreusement offert. Les salles de bain sont bien agencées, et le linge fourni est largement suffisant.
La chambre confortable, très bonne literie, oreillers à profusion.
Merci Bruno pour votre délicate attention lors de notre arrivée que nous avons pu partager avec des amis sur Sitges.
Nous étions deux adultes, et recommandons en toute confiance le logement de Bruno.

Un très très bon séjour dans un appartement confortable, soigné et raffiné. Avec en prime une très jolie terrasse décorée et confortable. L'accueil pour remise des clés et des consignes est également parfait . Un appartement que je recommande !

Appartement à la décoration soignée et très bien équipé, emplacement idéal au calme et à proximité du centre ville pour bénéficier de tous les avantages de Sitges, tellement bien situé que nous pouvons tout faire à pied.
L'atout majeur étant la terrasse ensoleillée et grande ce qui permet d'y manger et de s'y reposer à tout moment de la journée.
Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement de Bruno qui veille à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Nous y retournerons c'est certain ;-)

Cocon pour Amoureux 😍
Idéalement situé entre mer et ville pour un accès à pied de tout, le logement de Bruno, propre et aménagé avec goût, est un vrai petit cocon de bonheur pour amoureux, dans un quartier très calme.
Nous vous le recommandons, d'autant plus l'accueil de Bruno est parfait !

Wonderful flat
