Our family vacation to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary, our son's 20th wedding anniversary and our grandson's 13th birthday was the best week ever! Endless Summer was beautifully decorated.....the floor plan allowed everyone in our family to have their own special place. The short walk to the beach was picturesque with the covered walkway to the beach. It was wonderful to be able to play on the beach all day long even during the high tides of the Strawberry Moon.

Second year in a row at Endless Summer. Absolutely fantastic time with my family at a beautiful property. We love the layout as it allows my in-laws to have everything on the first floor, a beautiful great room, a nook upstairs for our kiddo to have her own space to have her own space to relax, along with a relaxing screened in porch. We plan to be back (most likely next year) again for our anniversary. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This our 3rd summer in a row at Ocean Oaks, and I expect to come back next year. One suggest is to revise the garbage situation. At minimum add a 2nd trash can to the property and add a latch to the garage cans to keep the raccoons out at night. I’m clean the garage area often because of the raccoons. Also the gas grill was not working properly. I understand not having a quality gas grill at rental property, I would do the same, but replacing cheap grills should be done more often. I used the next doors neighbors grill a few times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my famliy's second year vacationing at Ocean Oaks and Endless Summer was a fantastic home for the week. The layout of the house was very good especially enjoyed the patio which was well shaded and not terribly hot. The open kitchen, dining, living room and the patio was great for the entire family to enjoy together. The home was clean and well stocked. The only small addition that would be nice is offering a couple beach chairs. We had our own beach chairs but could have used a couple more. We highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Easy quick walk to the boardwalk through the Mangroves which during the summer months must be lovely walking back from the beach. Those with mobility issues should know there is at least 12 steps up to the boardwalk and more going down to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and close to the shopping area so can either walk or quick drive. Loved this property and hope to be back.

This is a beautiful home with great access to the beach and almost everything you could want. The only things that could make it better are access to the garage and beach chairs. We flew in so could not bring chairs, umbrellas, beach buggies etc. our last home in the cottages provided these things. Also, it would be nice to be able to use the garage to get the car out of the elements while here. Again, our last rental gave us that. A grill is here, but it’s not a bottom end rusty propane thing. At this price point, we’re not disappointed, but did expect a little more. Again, it’s a beautiful home, but falls a little short of what we expected.
