Located in the residential area of Golf de la Valdaine in Montboucher-sur-Jabron and 5 km from Montélimar.
3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) served by 1 large bathroom with bath and shower.
1 larger bedroom (apart) with its shower room and sink. Paid bed linen € 20 per room
TV lounge with wicker armchairs. Living - dining room for 8 people overlooking an equipped American kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Etc.). Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine. Threads for drying clothes outside.

Large fenced garden with trees. Terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, with pergola, with 1 extendable table and 8 chairs, lighting for the evening.
Pool loungers with mattress and a large parasol.
Parking for 2 cars on the property.
A large veranda-like room with 4 bikes, 1 scooter, games for children, table football, a travel cot and a high chair for small children.
Private pétanque court at the back of the villa, several boules available. There is a small house for children up to 10 years old.
Rear terrace with ping-pong table and barbecue. 18-hole golf course with its brasserie and restaurant 200 m away. Non-smoking rental inside. Pets not allowed. Deposit 1.000 €. Reservation 25%. Balance 75% 1 month before rental. General conditions see rental contract.

A notre arrivée les explications ont été sommaire. Les informations nous ont été communiquées brièvements et de façon incomplète. Le propreté est de surface les couettes mises à disposition avec des auréoles et malodorantes. Moustiques a gogo avec une multitudes de coupelles en terrasse remplies d'eau. En terme d'emplacement il faut prendre la voiture a chaque fois. La boulangerie est a 10 min. A proximité il y a un golf fréquentepour

Séjour en famille

Merveilleux séjour en famille avec mes enfants et petits enfants pour les 70ans. Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Équipent complet, tout est prévu pour le confort de tous. Piscine et jeux extérieurs nous ont permis de refaire les Jeux Olympiques. Un très beau séjour. Merci aussi à nos hôtes pour les sympathiques contacts.

Une super maison très bien équipée.. nous y avons séjourné avec des amis et 4 enfants de 4 à 9 ans. La piscine est bien équipée autant en transat qu'en jeux pour piscine. La maison dispose d'un bel espace et gros plus pour la chambre orange qui dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Seul bémol que je trouverais est l'absence de climatisation et l'absence de précision sur la présence de moustiques à la tombée de la nuit. Mais sinon la maison est super bien située et dans un endroit calme. Gros plus pour ce petit coin des enfants avec la cabane, la balançoire et divers jeux à leur disposition (jeux de société, jeux pour tout petit..) et pour nous la table de ping pong et le baby-foot qui nous ont fait passer d'excellent moment. Tellement bien équipée qu'en 1 semaine nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser le terrain de pétanque. Bref le prix est conforme à cette maison surequipee. Merci aux propriétaires, jardinier et pisciniste de votre amabilité. Je recommande !

Un très bon séjour

Notre séjour dans la propriété s'est très bien déroulé. Patricia, la dame qui nous a accueillis est d'une gentillesse et d'une dévotion sans pareille. A l'écoute et disponible, elle est là pour ces hôtes. Le propriétaire également appelle ses hôtes pour savoir comment le séjour se passe et est réactif, ce qui est appréciable. Le jardinier et le pisciniste également sont gentils et compétents. Parfait! La propriété est idéalement placée et le jardin/la piscine sont superbes. Une chose est regrettable : des prestations basiques sont payantes (serviettes et draps / ménage de fin de séjour). A ce prix là, on s'attend à ce que tout soit inclus...!

Wunderschönes Haus in herrlichem Gartengrundstück

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Geschirr usw. Reichlich vorhanden. Einziges Manko war die Toilette, die ständig verstopfte, sodass man ständig spülen musste. Dies ist aber in ganz Frankreich eher normal. Wir waren mit 4-jährigen Zwillingen dort und würden das Haus für kleinere Kinder aufgrund der vielen schmückenden Kleinigkeiten eher nicht empfehlen, bzw am besten bei Ankunft alles bis zur Abreise abräumen um Schäden zu vermeiden. Der Pool ist gerade für Kinder sehr geeignet, da er komplett mit wenigen Handgriffen geschlossen werden kann. Die Ausstattung sonst sowohl im Haus als auch im garten ist hervorragend, den Kindern hat besonders das Spielhaus im Garten gefallen.
