Quiet house with private pool and outbuilding Jacuzzi up to 10 people

Sun, heat and rest will be at the rendezvous in this holiday home, in the village of Caux.
Ideal with family or friends this old stable of 200 m2 has been completely renovated for peaceful holidays.
Possibility to rent two cottages side by side following the schedules for a maximum capacity of 16 people (5 rooms in the Mas of the small path and 3 rooms in the Mazet of the small path).
The building of Mas is composed of a large living room of 80 m2 including: a living room with several sofas and armchair in front of a TV, a large farmhouse table to eat all together in its dining room open to a contemporary fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine ...).
On the ground floor 1 bedroom with bed 160, wardrobe, wardrobe and private bathroom. 1 wc
Upstairs, New for 2020: Air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms upstairs:
- 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90.
- 1 bedroom with bed 140 + bed 90.
The rooms are furnished with wardrobe and wardrobe.
You will have 2 bathrooms: double basins, towel dryer, hair dryer, walk-in shower.

You will enjoy a reading room (children and adults books available, office).
Weekly rental: beds made on arrival.

The courtyard :
A private pool, secured by a barrier and a gate to the standard for the safety of your children. Spaces of relaxation were arranged with loungers for our guests.

The strong point of this rental: an outside outbuilding with large Jacuzzi, cardholder lounge a coffee / tea break, shower and toilet.

In the courtyard you will find under a pergola a table for your meals outside and a barbecue.
Free parking of several vehicles in the yard.
WIFI connection.
This cottage is open all year with central heating in winter.

The center of the village is very close (2 minutes walk) with various local shops (butcher, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy ...) You will be sensitive to the charm of its streets around its bell tower. Hikers can make beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. Every Friday morning a market on the village square with regional products.
In the village petanque field, tennis, games for children.

Two towns nearby (5km) from your holiday home PEZENAS and ROUJAN. The historic town of PEZENAS (city of Molière) is beautiful. To visit absolutely !! A big market every Saturday.

Many sites are to discover in the surroundings of which some classified in World Heritage of Unesco (from 25mn to 40mn): Lake Salagou, Cirque de Moureze, St Guilhem the Desert, Grotto of Clamouse, Canal du Midi (Béziers and its 9 locks of Fonserannes), Sète, Hauts canton, Roquebrun ...

We are also close to sandy beaches Agde, Cap d'Agde, Vias, Marseillan or we arrive in less than 30 minutes through the countryside ...

You will be able to taste some shells of the Etang de Thau (Mèze, Bouzigues ...).

The city of Montpellier is 45 minutes with free highway A75.

Spain and the Pyrenees are 1h15 from the cottage.
