This 4000Sq Ft modern Beach Front luxury home is what summer is all about. Use the kayak's and paddle around the bay, go for a paddle board picnic, swim off the dock then come relax in the hot tub. You will have the ability to enjoy all that beach front living has to offer. From sunrise to sunset you are staring at one of the most enjoyable views the Saanich Peninsula has to offer. Farmers markets, first class restaurant and beautiful Sidney are all a short drive away.

One of Our Best Stays Ever!

This property ticked all the boxes on our (admittedly) lengthy list: 1. Excellent location close to Sidney, but in a secluded and quiet area. 2. Incredible waterfront views (with eagle sightings!) throughout the clean, spacious, and airy property. 3. All the additional comforts that make for an enjoyable stay such as BBQ grill, fireplace with loads of wood, hot tub, fire pit, Nespresso machine. 4. A few we hadn't even thought of such as smart home technology and heated bathroom floors. 5. Best of all, friendly and communicative owners that made us feel right at home. If you're considering staying here, don't wait, just do it. Thanks Carson and Jennifer for a tremendous stay - can't wait to come back!

Exceptional Property for business or pleasure. Truly spectacular!

Everything about our experience was first class. The property exceeded all the descriptions and our expectations which made our stay in Sidney wonderful and memorable. There on business with colleagues and family, this was the perfect home for both entertaining and for relaxing. The property was pristine inside and out, and well equipped with finer amenities. The location was perfect with under 15 minutes to both the airport and downtown Sidney. We even found time to do some paddle boarding which was amazing. Owners were great to deal with. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they made themselves available. Words can't describe how picture perfect this home is on the ocean.. Already missing coffee by the sea and can't thank homeowners Carson and Jennifer enough for making our stay so wonderful. Very much looking forward to going back!

Beautiful views!

My husband hosted some out-of-town business colleagues here. We would definitely stay here again! Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful views, well equipped home. When we weren’t able to find a few items, the host was easy to get ahold of. Would stay longer next time.

Beautiful view and perfect for our family group

House was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked all of our dinners in house and had plenty of cookware and accessories. The property is lovely, very clean, and well maintained. We took our elderly mothers and they had a wonderful time enjoying the view and watching the boats come and go.
