Thank you for sharing your amazing home! This home has an abundance of amenities. The beautiful view made the evenings pleasant. It is very conveniently located near the beach, golfing, and shopping! We will definitely some back again!

Property was cleaned generally well except for a countertop but that was easily remedied. Overall I would stay at this property again, and would use this rental management again. Thank you for a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa has been a perfect set up for our winter getaway dream. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms for each of the guest bedrooms and that there was a large closets and cabinets to store things in and a laundry with a utility sink as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities we needed in order to prepare our meals for 2 or larger groups. The balcony is large and spacious, except in the winter months it's in the shade majority of the time and Hwy 98 traffic is somewhat noisy. Ground level access is a plus/plus for the elderly people. The 6-person golf cart was nice as it made getting around the resort simple and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and the pool patio right next to villa was our go-to place for the afternoon sun. We hung out mostly in the Sandestin Resort as there were plenty of places to eat, shop, etc. We especially enjoyed driving the golf cart to Publix so that we didn't have to get on the busy Hwy 98 to get our groceries; go to movie theater; or to Happy Hour specials; not to mention the Gulf Coast beach. You literally don't have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. Finally, having Nicole as our property manager was truly a blessing. We didn't need to contact her often, but when we did, she typically answered the phone almost immediately and acted on our needs or requests within minutes. That's pretty much unheard of these days of electronic devices eliminating a real, caring person.

We love this place! It is both comfortable and beautiful. The owners seem to have thought of everything one might need. From the televisions to the cookware, the furniture to the beds, everything is of excellent quality. The location on the resort is convenient, and the view overlooking the golf course can be quite entertaining as the stream of golfers tee up their shots. We will be back!
