Beautifully updated 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom condo in the desirable Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, the condo has all the amenities. The condo can accommodate six comfortably. There are two outdoor patio’s good for evening cocktails and sunsets. There are 2 beautiful heated pools and a hot tub, there is also a fitness center. If you enjoy hiking, taking walks there are numerous trails available. We are close to major highways, 20 minutes from Sky harbor Airport. You can walk to everything.

Lovely area

Shari’s property is always clean and kept up. Ahwatukee is our favorite Phoenix area to relax and get away from the cold for a few weeks. Shari’s property is only a short distance from fine restaurants and shopping. You won’t be disappointed staying at this property.

Perfect place for us!

This property was perfect! Location was great, well kept and cared for. Sherri was an awesome host. Pool was awesome. Great place for us to spend Christmas. We will definitely be back. Only negative is traffic can be a little loud at times, but did not distract from overall great location.

Comfortable Condo

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Sheri’s condo. The condo is furnished with plenty of furniture and wall/shelving decorations, making it feel homey. It is well equipped in the kitchen with dishes & cookware. There are many activities you can do in the area along with your pick of restaurants. We’ll be back next year.

The unit was not at all clean. The bathroom was in much need of a deep cleaning.

The unit was what I consider wiped down rather than cleaned and this was most obvious in the bathroom. The sinks had clogged drains due to hair etc. and the tub had a big ring around it and had obviously not been cleaned since last use. There were obvious Signs that pets inhabited this “ No pets allowed “ unit as there was pet hair everywhere. In short this unit has potential but will require a serious deep cleaning before it would meet today’s COVID clean requirements. The “Good” the owner was responsive and quick to try and accommodate for the inconveniences and in the end gave a full refund .

Terrible place to stay and terrible host to work with.

During our stay we had many issues. The bedroom door got locked and we had no key to open it. The bathrooms sinks were not draining well. They towed our car because the host did't inform us about the properties parking policy...etc. The host was not helpful at all. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

First let me say that i take my super host status seriously. In response to this guest. He locked his child in the bedroom not sure how it happened but i received a call about the situation and i went to the unit and unlocked the door for them. But they neglected to to tell you that part. When i arrived at the condo i noticed an outdoor hammock was put up in my living room, as well as a rocking chair. Not sure why they thought this was okay to do. My furniture was all rearranged my pottery was all removed and put on the table. I think this was done because they did not inform me that they had small children. The car being towed, he did not inform me that he had more than one car and that is was filled with items. The HOA is on top of any cars that look like they have been abandon. If he would have informed me he had more than one car I would have instructed him to put the car with the stuff in the garage and park the car they used everyday in an open spot.. But he neglected to inform me of that fact. He also neglected to tell you that I paid for have of the towing costs to get his car back. This is the first negative review i have gotten since i have started with VRBO in 2017. The guest also forgot to return the garage door opener before they left, i had to contact them more then twice to get the garage door opener. With out proper information from the guest situations like this will arise. I did my best to accommodate them and to assist them when issues arose. I am sorry they felt that they did not have a good experience.

Ahwatukee Getaway

The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, golfing. Enjoyed the South mountains. Communication with the owner was very timely.

Great condo, perfect location.

The unit was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of linens, well equipped kitchen and quite comfortable for the four of us for our 9 day stay. The property itself was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were a plus and right around the corner to the unit (there are 2 pools on the complex). The location was perfect, about 15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and minutes from the freeway for our day trips. I would definitely stay again.

I love this area , it is safe and clean and quite. It has everything you will need. It is close to the Grand Canyon if you want to take a day trip. You are 3 hours from great skiing and snow showing. There is Tempe town Lake kayaking as well as fishing. Many parks , walking and biking as well as hiking. Lake Pleasant Cruises, as well as tubing down the Salt River.

What makes this property unique

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom condo in an area that is close to everything. You can walk to almost anything, great restaurants and bars. Close to the 10 and Sky Harbor Airport. Many golf courses in the area. Horse back riding, tubing, hiking, biking , walking. If you can imagine it you probably can find it.
