The place was set up beautifully, just like the posted pictures! Very good communication with the host, and appreciated the bonus amenities including some bottled water and coffee for the morning. They even left out some snack items and had fresh cut flowers in a vase. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

We loved the central location and cleanliness of the condo! It was well stocked and decorated beautifully! It was comfortable, spacious, and, felt like home! The host was pleasant to work with and responsive. The condo price was reasonable and we would definitely stay here again!

Host had wonderful communication as the site, parking, and access was clear. The site was well appointed. Kitchen had appliances, pots, pans, and dishes all helpful. Staples like coffee, tea, seasonings were well stocked. Recently remodeled and nicely decorated in mid century modern. Location was safe. College near by with a walking track. Everything about the experience was wonderful.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend while visiting our daughter at GCU. It was an easy location to get to and felt safe. We also had a covered parking spot, which was nice. The apartment was decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Parking was within steps from the door. The hostess was fantastic. It had everything I needed. Love the modern kitchen and mid century decor.

Nice apartment

Nice two bedroom apartment. Everything you could need except food. Kitchen even had spices. High-quality appliances, coffee maker for brewed or Keurig coffee. Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Very clean and nicely decorated. Covered parking right behind apartment. Location was close to hospital and many restaurants and other stores.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry we did not exceed your expectations. Although we make every effort to make each stay a home away from home experience, we have an absolute NO DRUG/SMOKING/PARTY policy. The place was left in absolute shambles. The use of heroin, methamphetamines and benzodiazepines is not okay. Your actions put our cleaning crew in harms way with the chemical smell of the drugs and residue on nearly all surfaces. A special cleaning crew had to be utilized. Body fluids were on the floors, furniture, and dripping down walls. All the bedding and bath linens had to be thrown out due to heavy staining. No attempt has been made for payment of damaged items or the loss of wages (guest following had to be cancelled). It is truly a shame that there are people out there that have no regard for the safety of another human being, let alone the property of another person who has worked so hard for the little they have. May God bless you with the strength and desire to get the help you need. If nothing else, fill your heart with love and consideration for your fellow neighbors.
