Along High Street you’ll find an amazing mix of unique shops, bars, restaurants, and art galleries, plus fun events happening all year long. You’ll have access to the entire home and fenced backyard. Please note that the backyard and parking are shared with the basement apartment.

House Rules & Guest Information
We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay! Please review these guidelines before booking:
✅ Booking & Guests
- All guests must agree to the House Rules when reserving.
- For security, we require a photo + valid driver’s license during booking.
- We are not currently hosting local residents.
- Base rate covers up to 6 guests. An extra guest fee applies for the 7th guest and beyond. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at booking—refunds for guest fees are at host’s discretion.
- Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted on the property.
🏡 Shared Spaces
- The home shares the backyard with a private basement apartment (separate entrance/parking). You may see those guests outside.
- Some sound may travel between units. Quiet hours are 9 PM–9 AM. A noise monitor (decibel levels only, no recordings) is in place to protect all guests and neighbors.
🧴 Supplies Provided
We’ve stocked the home with a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably.
- Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dishwasher pods, laundry pods
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Coffee, creamer, and other basics
For longer stays, you may wish to pick up additional supplies, so you have everything you prefer during your time here.

- No pets at this property.
- No fireplace use (insurance restriction).
- The home is not handicap accessible (2 steps at entry).
- We cannot guarantee the home is free of allergens, pet dander, smoke, or scents.
💰 Fees & Damage Waiver
-A $129 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required (covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage).
- Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be billed to the guest.
- If an ozone machine is required due to strong odors (e.g. smoke, pets, etc.), a $500 fee will apply.
