Lots of natural light in this newly renovated duplex on a quiet street in the heart of Clintonville. Minutes from Riverside Hospital, downtown Columbus and Ohio State University and The James Cancer Clinic. 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 6 adults. A short walk to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and a Saturday morning farmer's market!

Downstairs you’ll have access to your own private entrance, screened in front porch with patio furntire, a living and dining room, half bath and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. For families with young children we offer a pack-n-play or crib option, baby monitor, baby bath and accessories and sound machine.

The front door is just inside the screened-in porch, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the basement. You are also welcome to enjoy the backyard and patio's gas grill and fire pit. The backyard and patio are a shared space my family also uses, if you wish to have a private evening under our outdoor lights just let me know and I will happily accommodate you.

You will have a completely private stay with 2 separate entrances to choose from. We live on the other side of the duplex, I have a high value in your privacy—a key pad will get you into the house. I am absolutely available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, WIFI, local TV and movies on Netflix and Amazon. For those looking to unplug--please enjoy the books and board games.

Loved everything about the house and the location! Beautiful older home had everything we needed, including high chair and crib. Wonderful neighborhood with much to do in walking distance. Host was welcoming and extremely responsive. (Be aware the upstairs floors where the bedrooms are creak quite loudly which may be a problem for light sleepers.) Hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect for our family

We love this place. We have stayed here twice-both times for our kids’ OSU Commencement weekends. It is clean and warm and cozy and has everything we need to relax and celebrate. The host is responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

We purchased our home in 2009 because we could walk to get dinner or coffee in multiple directions! We love walking our neighborhood and still being a 10 minute drive from downtown, shopping, OSU and amazing hospitals!

What makes this property unique

We can walk to Ohio State football games, enjoy biking/jogging paths and parks—we LOVE where we live!!!
Our backyard is HUGE, enjoy sitting with coffee on the screened in front porch. Our back stone patio is decorated with strung lights, fire pit, outdoor heater & grill. We have a playhouse for children and hammock for adults.
