This is a beautiful charming 1911 bungalow with modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. There is a downstairs unit, so please be kind and mindful of potential noise for the tenants downstairs. There is a beautiful backyard with a salt water pool. The space is about 1,800 square feet, with historic charm, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. 200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Central heating and air controlled by Nest thermostat. Street parking. Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry with provided codes, so check in is a breeze! No more frustrating check-ins and no chores before checkout.

Very pleasant stay. The home was nicely decorated, and there was nothing missing. Lots of nice extra touches that made it kid friendly. We liked the walkable neighborhood, but there is some background freeway noise. Would definitely come back in the summer and swim in the pool more.

Nice place to stay close to East Sacramento

We had a wonderful stay at this place while visiting family and attending a wedding. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to family and not far from the wedding venue. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay and lots of room for everyone. We found the front room with the tv to be cozy and just right for the 4 of us. Kitchen was clean well equipped. We bbq’d and relaxed in the pool and on the back patio. I hope to return to this property next time we’re in Sacramento. Highly recommend.

Perfect home in Sacramento

This home was perfect for my family, including two boys who took full advantage of the pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was close to everything we needed in Sacramento. Oksana was quick to reply to messages I sent and we had no issues accessing the property and parking on the street in front of the home. I highly recommend this property!

This home was very beautiful and in a great part of town. Me and my brother and my nieces stayed there for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We were able to walk nearly anywhere we wanted to go and played in the pool all day long. People Overall, this was a great place to stay.

We had 6 women staying together in this home and it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep. The air conditioning kept us comfortable. Also we were really close to the city center so everything was nearby.

Fun for the 4th of July

Great location, close to everything in Sacramento. The house was beautiful. Everyone loved the pool and the backyard was perfect place to socialize and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable, great linens and pillows. The kitchen was amazing. I have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and none have compared to how well the kitchen was stocked from the dinnerware, pots,pans and a wok, cookie sheets and an amazing variety of spices.I would highly recommend this rental. And the owners were very attentive, just a quick text away.

The Perfect Spot! Stay Here!

What a gem! If you are heading to Sacramento stay here. Plenty of room and a pool!! You get a parking pass as well. This home was a great base for our 3 day trip to move our son into college at SacState. The home is "gated" at the street and was super safe. Great touched. If you plan on using the pool, don't

The house is nice and has a lot of amenities. What was not so great was the 3rd bedroom on the basement level. They have a person that rents a unit/bedroom there and you can hear their conversations at all hours of the night. Also, if you plan on using the pool and actually having fun don't. I was there with my sister and our 4 daughters ranging from 19-2. We were having fun and after one hour of getting in the pool, I received a text asking if we were having a party. I was asked to keep it down because the neighbors are sensitive to noise. It was 4 pm on a Wednesday night. This ruined the vibe for us and we skipped the pool use for the rest of the trip.

Thank you for your feedback. Our neighbors called us and said there were people screaming and arguing in the backyard, and the level of noise was so elevated that it was disruptive. It is unusual for us to get this type of a call, so we contacted Milly and asked to keep the noise down. We explained that we are in a neighborhood and have to be respectful of our neighbors. No need to skip the pool, we just ask that our guests be mindful and keep noise at a normal level.

NZ meets US - finally!

The cottage exceeded expectations as far as location, amenities and overall feeling like being home. 2814 is a gem of a find in mid-town. Excellent alternative to any hotel. How the property is set up allows for great conversations and times spent together both inside and outside! Definitely a recommended "go to" if asked.
