Logan is home to this chalet. Bowen House Cultural Arts and Education Center and Hocking House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Adventure Golf at Rempel's Grove and R Adventure Park. Corn Maze and Logan Theater & Community Arts Center are also worth visiting.
Really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was cozy and was just what we were looking for to get away for a long weekend. Very clean and had everything we needed!
It wasn't exactly what the pictures showed but it was beautiful and on beautiful property. There were also people working on the property we were staying in. It was annoying and loud and they could look right in the windows. The trails here were very nice and had some great scenery. The pond has a lot of different fish and my husband enjoyed the fishing. The only problem I had was the house was very stocked with what you needed except for a broom. The hot tub was also a plus. My granddaughters loved it. We took our dog so it is pet friendly, he just had trouble with the rock driveways but on the grass he was fine. I would definitely stay again.
Absolutely adorable little cabin perfect for a small family stay. We went early in the week and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The trails were beautiful and the cabin itself wasnt far from local attractions. We are already planning on returning!
We took a short trip to Hocking Hills for Fall Break. We really enjoyed the place and the proximity of hikes within the area for our family of 4. Thanks for having us!
We loved the little cottage and really appreciated the on-site play structure and hiking trails. Easy to get to, quick drive to major hiking areas and the grocery store. Highly recommend!
The Appleseed cabin was perfect for our short stay over spring break. My oldest son enjoyed fishing in the pond near the cabin and we all enjoyed hiking the property and relaxing in the hot tub. It was close to all the main hocking hills trails and grocery stores as well. Great location, quuet and clean, we would stay here again!
The cabin was as expected. Very clean and the owners were exceptional with communication. It could use a little TLC in a couple areas but absolutely nothing that would hinder any body staying there. Over all everything was good and clean and we would definitely stay again in the future.
This place is great! There is a swing set on the other side of the driveway that my three year old loved and was on numerous times a day. There is also a pond less than a 2 minute walk that my 12 year old loved fishing on with me (we BOTH caught a fish). The property has amazing trails and the place was very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub as well. I've already been looking at available dates 3 months from now to return!

We are so thrilled you had a great time. Thanks for staying and we can't wait to host you again!
We had such a wonderful time at Appleseed. It was the perfect size for our family and cute as can be. My kids absolutely loved the loft bedroom upstairs, and the fairy lights over the bed. The whole cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with all the necessities when we arrived too. The real star is the grounds though! Beautiful landscape, private trail and waterfall. We were right next to everything - the playground, fishing pond, private trails, access to wood and charcoal. You couldn't ask for better accessibility. The owners were wonderful with communication. I heard from them when we booked, about a week before a trip and when potentially high winds came through while we were there they reached out again to check-in with us and provide helpful information. We can't wait for our next stay!
