Blue Rose Cabins - Big Woody Cabin

Sleeps 6 with 2 private bedrooms with a full size bed in each bedroom and a pull out futon in family room. Complete with hot tub, kitchen, bathroom, gas grill and a firepit. Located in the heart of Hocking Hills!
We have 16 cabins on a total of 30 acres. We have a wide range of cabins from couples cabins up to cabins that sleep 10 guest. All of our cabins have hot tubs. Located in the heart of Hocking Hills! So many fun activites in the Hocking Hills region including rock climbing and rapelling, hiking, horseback riding, exploring Old Man's Cave, riding ATV's, petting zoos, etc. the list goes on and on. So many restaurants/bars and antique shops to choose from.

The cabin was nice, the hot tub clean and ready to use. The beds were okay, the pillows were clean but had no pillow cases and very fluffy/flat. The bed in the left room, watch your feet, legs, the bed frame needs turned around! Overall a good stay, relaxing in the woods, but close enough to town for food or drinks and lots of activities. We would stay again

The hot tub was nice but its a walk to cabin and there was signs of mouse. But was nice as convenience to places.

I wanted to bath in boiling water after leaving

I liked being able to leave. The cabin was filthy. There was mouse poop in drawers and on counters. The power was out upon arrival. This wouldnt have been a problem if it had been communicated with us. No answer when calling the customer service number but was met with a message saying we needed to go to Walmart and buy water to flush the toilet. 10/10 do not recommend.

Cabin was absolutely disgusting. Mouse droppings, mold, dirty air filters, etc. I would consider it a health hazard to stay here. We communicated the unusable state when we arrived (and immediately left to find a hotel) and host has been unwilling to provide a refund. Save yourself the hassle for this overpriced, disgusting 'cabin'.

First of all, I am not saying this because I want some kind of discount or refund. I'm saying it because people should know. It was dirty and run down. Yes, it had clean sheets on the old bouncy bed with flat pillows. It was dusty and dirty and everything was old. Like 30 year old furniture. The grill was old and dirty, along with the appliances. The structure has great bones and excellent potential! Just lacking effort from the hosts. Oh and the hot water was luke warm

The cleaniness of the cabin was very poor. It appeared as though the cabin had not been cleaned in quite a while. It did not appear as though the property inside or out had routine maintainence. Also, there weren't any pillow cases on the pillows in one of the bedrooms and also no sheet. There were no additional sheets or pillow cases to use. We would not stay here again or recommend this lodging.

Your cabin was professionally cleaned to get the cabin ready for your stay. We are constantly doing maintenance on our cabins, it is just part of the business. All of our beds have a fitted sheet, flat sheet, comforter, and two pillows with pillowcases. I wish you would have contacted us during your stay so that we could send a cleaner out during your stay to address any issues during our stay. It is in our policy that was sent to you automatically when you reserved your cabin to have you check your cabin out when you arrive and let us know if there are any issues so we can send a cleaner out to first verify any issues and then resolve any issues on the spot. We have had this policy in place for years to be fair to our guests and to be fair to our business. We have this policy to avoid having guests stay their whole stay and we do not hear from the guests then at the end they complain and write a bad review in order to try and get money refunded. We would rather just address any guests issues by resolving it on the spot for the guest during their stay so they can fully enjoy their cabin.

We had a great relaxing weekend!

We loved the privacy that our cabin had. Quiet and secluded. Loved the jacuzzi on the deck. Very happy with our stay, plan on returning in the future. Only thing is they need a bigger sign on the main road. It’s so tiny, thank god we arrived in during the day or we wouldn’t have found it. Zero phone service.

Great cabin experience and close to all top tourist spots for hiking!

Check in was easy. It was a fun one road trip to the top then when arrived cabin was down hill a bit and inside was beautiful cedar all over! Amazing view of the woods. Hot tub was clean and the colorful hot tub lights made it one awesome night on the deck! Definitely will be back!

Perfect!

My husband and I needed a quiet cabin for a quick get away in Hocking Hills. This cabin was close to everything we planned from off-roasting to dinner! The hot tub was the perfect way to end our night with relaxation and quality time. Thank you to the host for an amazing, clean cabin!

My family's one nite summer vacay

Beautiful country view of nothing but woods all around and deck with hot tub was amazing! Also enjoyed cooking out on the grill and loved the fire pit! Was very peaceful and relaxing,perfect for a change of scenery and something different to do.thankyou!
