Fabulous family celebration

Checkin left me a little concerned as I was asked to sign an extensive itemised schedule of contents without being shown same (this would have taken hours). Difficult to sign as this is on trust alone with a 5000€ deposit on the line. The property is in great shape. Garden furniture functional and comfy but will soon need replacing. They were attentive and communicative throughout our stay. On our departure a thorough examination of the property was conducted. We await hearing the results on my deposit.

Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your stay at Villa Miami. I understand your concerns about the check-in procedure and the signing of the inventory. Please be assured that this detailed procedure is in place to protect both our guests and the property. I would like to inform you that we were lenient regarding some incidents that occurred during your stay. We took care of the repair of the pool's rolling cover, which was damaged by children's toys left in the water when it was closed. Despite a slat being broken, we decided to cover the repair costs. Two parasols were also torn by the wind because they were not closed. We covered those repairs as well. However, the ping-pong table was damaged because it was not closed and fell over. We need to replace a few parts and the net to fix it. We have not yet decided whether we will deduct a portion of your deposit to cover these costs, but please be assured that we are doing our best to minimize any expenses you might have to bear. We will inform you of our decision very soon. We hope you had an enjoyable stay despite these small issues. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us. We always strive to be attentive and available, and we are glad you noticed. Once again, thank you for your feedback. It helps us continuously improve. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Villa Miami. Best regards,

Villa de rêve

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. La villa est juste somptueuse. Tout le confort y est : Piscine avec transats, jacuzzi, salle de sport, grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine et salon, chambres confortables et spacieuses,... La propreté est impeccable et l'équipement au top. Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis inoubliable ! Nous n'avons qu'une envie pouvoir y retourner pour un nouveau séjour ! Encore merci pour tout !
