Thank you for your comment and I'm truly sorry that your stay did not entirely meet your expectations. Although Portugal has a mild climate, during the winter it can be relatively cold and damp compared to the summer season. This past Christmas in particular, it was indeed very rainy and somewhat cold in this region. I fully understand that travelers feel some frustration when staying in a beach destination such as this area and the weather conditions are adverse. As for the house itself, it has heating available in every room, and even a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. These amenities can always be freely used whenever needed. I hope you will have the opportunity to visit us again at another time of the year.

I'm sorry that your stay didn't fulfil your expectations because you found ants in the house. The house is in a countryside area, so if you are not careful not to leave leftover food lying around, this could attract ants. In any case, we will take action to improve this aspect. Merci beaucoup Nicolas pour votre commentaire et j'étais heureux que vous ayez aimé la maison et l'endroit. Honnêtement, j'ai été surpris de votre commentaire sur l'eau chaude... Après avoir lu votre commentaire et vérifié l'équipement, je n'ai trouvé aucun problème et il fonctionne parfaitement. C'est un appareil à gaz moderne dans lequel la température peut être facilement réglée dans l'appareil et de manière très intuitive. De même, le robinet de douche a deux positions de débit d'eau, plus ou moins intense. En fait, cela a été un élément très apprécié par les invités car cela permet d'avoir de l'eau chaude en permanence, sans aucune restriction de temps, en maintenant un débit d'eau élevé, ce qui rend la douche très confortable. Si vous m'aviez dit quelque chose à ce sujet pendant votre séjour, j'aurais pu vous aider à régler le chauffe-eau ou même le robinet ... J'ai vraiment apprécié de les recevoir et j'espère vous accueillir bientôt à nouveau et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions des invités pendant leur séjour. Cordialement

Muito obrigado pelo seu simpático comentário! A casa tem de facto uma localização conveniente para quem quer desfrutar de uns dias de pleno descanso. Por um lado, tem o mar e a praia mesmo ao pé, por outro lado tem uma ampla oferta de comércio e serviços a alguns passos do condomínio. Toda a região ao redor é uma área de natureza protegida com uma fantástica beleza... Isto a apenas 45 minutos de Lisboa, para fazer uma escapadinha... Gostei muito de ter recebido o Sr. Ventura e família, esperando voltar a contar com a vossa visita num futuro próximo. Muito obrigado! Sérgio
